Hello, Thank you for your help. Your instructions worked very well. I could not find this information anywhere. Most of the other videos about the Garmin watch go too fast and don't show all the steps slowly enough (assuming the user knows the steps). So, I finally got the information from your video. Used GPS on my Forerunner 45 for a cycle ride, but the battery went flat whilst out. When plugged in to recharge the time was wrong. Is this usual with Forerunner 45 as it didn't happen on my previous Garmin (time always came up correctly). Thanks to your advice above, it now shows the correct time - thanks!

I have adjusted the date before which is very complicated. My Garmin Instinct ran out of power. When the watch runs out of power, you have to reset the date and time. I found your video and POOF! Date and time are now geosynchronous with GPS Satellites.

Thank you! I've had my instinct for 6 months and couldn't figure out how to change the date. Theres no setting for it so I guess the only way to change it is by using the GPS 😵
