I had ongoing gum issues (teeth fine) for years. Dentist always put it down to me being an ex smoker because he knew I didn't drink soda or have lots of sweet foods. Turns out it was all the other carbs/added sugars because my gums improved massively a short while into LCHF.
Low carbs and sugar intake can def help! Try brushing with a good nutrient product as well called Eucellus...
Volume is WAY TOO LOW. Please correct.
The food industry is _not_ our friend.
Especially after 1971
people also need to look into sunlight for children
Not exactly tanning

I’m not using sugar myself but I’m still buying it because I put out three humming bird feeders all summer long and I know a bunch more people who feed them as well
I love this video.. even though at 79, I have struggled with tooth decay my entire life, I love the fact it wasn't because I wasn't brushing or flossing enough. I have 4+ decades of sobriety from alcohol. I only wish I had known about the connection of sugar and alcohol and how the body metabolizes it the same way. When giving up alcohol I went right into sugar. Though I have always had a sweet tooth. I have been vegan for 2 decades, so many of the recipes have alternative sugar subsitutes. Food and money seem to be the last 2 seats on the addiction bus. What I have realized there are 3 businesses, mine, yours and God's (of our understanding) and to get to God's you have to go through the other two first. In that respect I am grateful for the dental and medical industry. Thank You Dr. Robert Lustig!!!
Alcohol is fermented sugar..basically
I've always known that.
What I DIDN'T know. Was the FIBER IN FRUIT feeds the gut, and you don't absorb calories nearly as much
@@kathleenking47 What upset me was the fact when fruit is frozen it loses its fiber. I had always bought frozen fruit.
AND is Periodontal disease Metabolic Syndrome of the mouth?
