Can you recommend a good but basic tennis shoe design? I need a roomy toe box and an Achilles notch. Because one of my feet is oddly shaped, I am forced to cut a little hole near the small toe so tennis shoes with lots of outside support are a problem because they don't let me do that. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank-you!
Right now we have a great deal on these KSwiss Hypercourt Express 2 shoes, very comfortable and a roomy toe-box. www.tennis-warehouse.com/KSwiss_Hypercourt_Express_2_Black_Grey_Or_Mens_Shoes/descpageMSKSWISS-MKHE2BO.html. Troy, TW
We would recommend a clay specific shoe for clay court sliding! Here's a list of the adidas shoes with clay outsoles: www.tennis-warehouse.com/Clay_Court_adidas_Mens_Tennis_Shoes/catpage-MSADICLAY.html Michelle, TW
Unfortunately, we are not experts in badminton and aren't 100% sure of what outsole might be best for you, but these do have all-court outsoles and should do the trick! Michelle, TW
Hi, I know strange question... You know how running shoes these days have a very soft foam type feel? Which one of these would have the most soft foam type feel?
A lot of the tennis shoes now have some of the same midsole materials that are used in their running shoes as well, but I am wondering if you are referencing the "boost" material adidas often uses. Unfortunately, the only tennis shoes with boost are the Stella Courts (www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage-AWSCWHI.html) but the Ubersonic, Cybersonic and Avacourt all use "lightstrike" material which is also used in adidas' top running shoes. With that being said, in their tennis shoes, the "Bounce" midsole seems to have a plusher feeling and is soft, so the adidas SoleMatch Control would be the one I would suggest for a very soft underfoot feel! Hope that helps! Michelle, TW
I would say the rubber compounds are all very much the same adiwear materials however it depends on how much of the rubber is on the outsole and the traction patterns that might differ! Michelle, TW
Yes, we can ship to India, however there are certain brands that cannot ship internationally. Please contact our customer service department if you are interested in placing an order or would like to find out which items can ship to your location. www.tennis-warehouse.com/custservice
Can you? Yes! Would we recommend them for that? Probably not. The GameCourt is a great shoe but will not be the most durable and will probably have a hole fairly fast if sliding on abrasive courts. We would recommend the durability of a Barricade or getting a clay specific shoe for clay court sliding! Michelle, TW
Pretty much all these shoes from adidas are also available in men's. Except for the Avacourt, but in that case you might be able to adjust your sizing in the womens, however it will be a bit more narrow than the typical men's fit. Troy, TW
What do you recommend the best shoes for padel tennes?
can the game court 2 be used for badminton ?
I like the weight and fit of the Ubersonic 4s, but for some reason I get blisters and my knees feel sore when wearing them for more than 1 hour... -.-
Is this also suitable for badminton?
I got the barricades yesterday and I’ve noticed they press really hard against the top of my feet. Will this go away when I break in to those shoes?
They are not ready to go right out of the box, but after a couple of sessions they wear and all hardness problems should be gone
