Majestic Princess | Day 3 - Ensenada, Mexico | Last Full Day Onboard | Amazing Sunset with Dolphins

- In this episode (Part 3 in this Majestic Princess Cruise Series), I'm taking you along as I sail on the West Coast Inaugural of the Majestic Princess with Princess Cruises on October 6th to 9th, 2021.
One of my cruise tips is to bring European Adaptors or North American adaptors if your from abroad as it will give you more options for outlets.
They did have these interactive screens that you can log in with your Medallion throughout the ship. Did you know that some ships don't have a “Deck 13” onboard?
On Deck 16 you'll find the SeaWalk which is a glass walkway suspended about 130ft above the water, off either side of the ship.
After lunch, I went to my stateroom, changed into my swimsuit and headed to the Hollywood Pool Club to enjoy the hot tub. I ordered a Pina Colada and I have to say that the paper straw did hold out the entire drink and didn't go mushy.

After the gorgeous sunset with the dolphins, I headed downstairs to the Allegro Dining Room. I was just in time for the “Parade of the Baked Alaska”. One of the Princess Cruise Hosts did a lovely speech, introduced the Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director and the Head Maître D’. I started off this evening with the “Shrimp Cocktail”, followed by the “Surf and Turf” which was served with jumbo shrimp, petite filet mignon, tarragon béarnaise, sautéed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. I finished off my meal with the Ice Cream Bombe Diplomate (Baked Alaska) for dessert.
I met up with my colleague and her husband and we went upstairs to watch the Watercolour Fantasy Fountain Show.
We finished off our last evening on the Majestic Princess at the “Good Spirits at Sea”. This is honestly my favourite bar on the Majestic Princess. The specialty cocktails are also covered under the Premium Beverage Package with the Princess Plus, which is amazing!

Enjoyed watching your videos on your Majestic Princess Cruise. I was on the Royal Princess back in April 2019 & from watching the videos on Majestic Princess, I prefer the public spaces on the Royal then the Majestic. The last night of your cruise is always so sad. Disembarkation Day is always so sad also & it's hard leaving the ship. Looking forward to seeing your flight back home to here in Vancouver.
Thanks for watching Terry! I would probably agree from what I’ve seen, I’d love to see the newest Princess ships, the Sky and the Enchanted. I think the pool decks with the seating (no more fountains) and the pools at the aft on those ships look amazing! It is! I was glad to be onboard and I’m already looking forward to my next cruise in December 😊

I hope so too! I can see a lot of positive aspects to the medallion and the app when everything works. I do hope other lines adopt a similar technology, the next one that is some what close seems to be Virgin Voyages!
My husband likes to smoke an occasional cigar. Are there areas on the Majestic for smoking?
Hello Maureen, thanks for watching! Yes, there is a cigar lounge on the Majestic Princess. I believe it’s called “Churchill’s”. However regular cigarettes have to be smoked outside in a couple designated areas and obviously not allowed to be smoked in any rooms or private balconies.
was the pool in the conservatory heated?
Hi Gina! Yes the pool in the Hollywood Pool Club was heated.

Hi Jonathan thanks so much for watching, I was still quite new to editing videos when I edited this series. I tried to show everything that was open during my cruise over the course of the four days I was onboard. There were some venues that weren’t open during certain hours.
