I am type 2 diabetic and if I eat a sweet potatoe it really spikes my blood sugar. I have to take insulin and still will spike.
Hi, great video, would like to just share that for those of us who are way overweight ( like 100 pounds plus) drinking half your body weight in ounces can be dangerous and cause heart issues (serious ones) please use caution when sharing this, I did that some years ago for other reasons than weight....caused heart issues. Or is you drink to much water in an hour, not a doctor but please use caution
Help me understand Chef AJ… during your weight loss days, You ate 1lbs of Greens then you waited about 20 minutes. Then you ate Another lbs of greens with your potato? If this was 1 meal, how long did you wait before you ate your next meal? Thank You.

Hi Chef AJ, I think you got sidetracked when answering a question…so you eat sweet potato and broccoli for first meal, what about second meal? And what time is second meal?

I am not losing weight (past 8 months), but am losing inches and going down in clothing sizes. Is that normal? I still have quite a bit of weight to lose. I have lost 55lbs easily at first, but now am stalled.
