And your monthly expense would be about €1000-1100. Where rent would be the major one. So you might be able to save about 50-100€ a month but won't be able to support family entirely. Your university will book an appointment for you. If you do it by yourself you might get a late one. University would be having slots already

It won't work for you. As 48 is a physical sim they don't have an esim option yet. You can opt for other providers who have esim option

Yess you can if someone can recieve it for you then it's fine. Or you can book 2 days prior and it'll get delivered after your arrival.

No for Indian national or nationals who have done the visa process it is not necessary.
