Hi, I returned my new phone today. After using it just couple of days, it has the files and app that I transferred from my old one. Before I hand it over to the shop for return, I already did the factory reset, and then the phone restarted. I didn't set up after that, and didn't check if my phone is completely 'empty'. Does it really being reset completely empty or there's a chance the shop can retrieved my files even after it 'factory reset' and the phone restarted? I thought maybe during that 'new set up' of that phone there is somehow an option of file retrieving... Sorry if I seems naive, I don't know much about gadgets. Thanks in advance!
What happens if you don't remove your Google account before doing it? Mine wouldn't let me not be logged in so I could verify it was me resetting the phone.
@@JAS-dw2yc just had to reset it while I was still logged in and then I think I reset my Google account password on my new phone and selected to log out of all other devices just cover my ass if the old phone was still connected. I hope this helps :)
Bingo I figured how to get rid of that crap..... anyways under S20 settings please never use tap duration. Turn it off immediately. It makes your phone super slow and ticks you off.......
