Yes, if you keep calm, its an easy dive. I'm use to diving in tight places, but I don't recommend this for the average freediver.I can do this dive without thinking about it in under 30 sec, but I'm not going to tell someone with a 30 sec dive time they can do it. If things go wrong and you don't keep calm, no one can help you. The tight space and a safety diver not being able to assist you is what makes it dangerous.

no its not, i did that dive the other day, the only problem was i snagged my shirts on a rock and had to slap them off. its an easy dive as long as you keep calm

awesome video... that tunnel at alexander, is there a separate exit and entry point, or do you loop around and come out the same way you came in? I couldn't tell.

I did a freediving video of this swim-through at Alexander as well. Its a short distance but a little tight, with jagged rocks. Trying to turn around is difficult, so its always better to swim through. The 3rd opening is small but manageable.

Hey, sorry it took me so long to reply. Been working alot and have not had time to post or even dive. I have been through all three before. Once I get past a certain point I never turn around. There is no room and its too tight. I have done this dive 100 times but this one did not go as planned. Just as I reached the tightest point I had a spasm / cramp in my leg. Everything went wronmg from there. I'll look for your video if you posted it.

There are three openings. The main one that everyone can see is about 3 feet. The one I came out of is about 2 feet wide and only 8-12 inches tall. The 3rd is about the size of a bsket ball with a 90 degree bend with about 12" of room to turn. This is a very dangerous dive. I don't recommend even to the most experienced. I got stuck on this dive and almost did not make it out. It is to tight for scuba or for anyone to help you if there is a problem. VERY DANGEROUS

No. No manatee. You not allowed in the water with them anymore.

I'll be posting more videos soon. Your never allowed to swim with the manatees at Blue Springs. If they come in the run, you have to keep your distance or get out of the water. There are some areas in florida designated to swim with the manatees, but Blue Springs is not one of them.
