I love that some intrrpreters -not many i think- also have a compositional side. That was the great loss at some certain point; because thats the difference between a 'songplayer' and a musician; what we all should be. Keep on it! Go on composing. I encoursge you to do some poliphony too... greatest human art ever

This sounds a lot like traditional Italian music. I like it! I'm trying to write an Italian rhapsody, but capturing the feel of traditional Italian music into a piece is no easy task

Luis Santana Of course! before studying a fugue on the piano, first study the score from the musical point of view without touching the keyboard, pay attention to the dynamics of the sound, be carefull to separate the "tema" from the rest of the music, then you have to study in separate hands and finally you can play slowly with two hands with the help of the metronome. Increase the speed of the music gradually until to the correct tempo required.

Just a personal opinion: the sound ot this piano is too "metallic". I prefer the sound of your recording of Maple Leaf Rag.
