Back in the day we would drop House, Techno, Rap, Old School and Booty music all in one set!! Most of these yung cats got no idea.. I remember the crate days. I still have a few in the crates but I never dj'd. I just ran the streets and came home to my music technique turn table days but now everything is digital and I'm not as young as I use to be but I still love my hobby i write music just started writing comedy and mini movies. I bought a lil jive home studio and I be trying to learn all I can on my own you know it's not easy trying find someone that u can trust that shares your passion. My homie had those skills he can make a beat on the spot he been down like 23 yrs now I need to link with folks who share that love for music and culture I don't wanna just let that talent go to waste you know.
