Thanks for the video. Do I think the Vector 500 is made for the long haul or for long term rough trail riding...No...But if it is just something that someone wanted to have some fun with and haul stuff around the farm with, then for the price you pay for it, you will probably be satisfied with it. That seems to be what this video supports. Glad you were able to resolve the issue you had and do not have anymore.
Great video buddy. I just bought a Polaris 570 full size it is a beast very reliable. 10k with a 4500lb winch off the lot. Polaris is expensive but u get what u pay for Polaris is made for the long run.
Mine been running fine for 3 years no issues. At all and as far as Polaris being for the long runl lol Austin said he would never buy another Polaris stays broke down.
Thank you Matt for the info. Considering buying this one. Just wondering how difficult is it to steer and whether the engine is terribly loud? Is it still running well for you? I like this UTV a little better than the Tractor Supply version. Thanks.
my boss just purchased one of these to help around the horse farm. did you have a squeak in the front end when you first got it? im suspecting its the brakes but they just got it so i may have them take it back.
I just bought this machine back in August of this year and i am now having a issue with the reverse, have you ever had a problem with the reverse if so how did you fix it?
I have not had any problems with reverse on my Vector. Check with your local Home Depot and see who could fix because it should be still under warranty.
@@mattwhite1967 How is it holding up matt? Would up consider posting another video? Can the 500 climb a steep hill? Love the looks of these but there is little feedback on the hisun products. I'm considering buying one but I want to make sure it will last.
@@derekbarbee3330 It's holding up pretty good now, the only issue I had was that spring that connects to the break. Put a stronger spring on have not had any other issues yet and it has been a year knock on wood.
Lift the seat and re move the battery cover plate. It should be a electic control box (2.5 x 3 inches) . ill post another video as soon as possible and show you.
Does yours rev high? I'm thinking about buying a vector 700 and it doesn't seem like it shifts gears I can be going 15 mph and I'm doing 6,000 RPM is this normal

It’s still doing good. Ask Home Depot to let you test drive it first before you make a decision
the one at lowes ,was 2000 less than tc
WOW! I didn't know LOWES sold them. That's awesome 👌.

No sir.
Thanks Matt
Just uploaded an update
Where do you buy parts for this online. I have not found any. Home Depot near me has one with a broken tail light.
Go to hisunmotors.com or call (972) 446-0760 Mon - Fri from 8:30am -5:30pm Central Time. Thanks

@@mattwhite1967 thanks for replying it end up being a bad spring that connects to the brake pedal...

Leland hows your hisun doing. How would you rate reliability?

Where is that box, I'm having the same issue, I just lift the rear cab up and then back down and it will start up again, has done that 3 times already

Hey Man U work on these before??
They are supposed to be fast but I’ve only got it to 30 mph it’s like it’s not shifting.
What do you suggest?
How long have you had it?
I just purchased a Hisun Vector 500 from Home Depot, I didn’t get a wireless control for my EWP3500 electric winch, did I suppose to?
No sir, the winch is not wireless. Amazon has several kits you can get. Starting price around 13 dollars.
Matt White thanks for the info
Do you still have it? How would you review it now?
I sold it 4 years ago.
Does yours rev high? I'm thinking about buying a vector 700 and it doesn't seem like it shifts gears I can be going 15 mph and I'm doing 6,000 RPM is this normal
No sir, that don't sound right.
Do you know where to find the VIN on this thing?
I’ll check and let you know as soon as I can.
Found it on frame under dump box. Thank You
Sorry about that, i was at work when I got your message.
