2024 Rockaway Beach Chamber of Commerce Kite Festival

This is the 24th Annual Rockaway Beach Chamber of Commerce kite festival. This event takes place on the beach and at the Wayside in the center of Rockaway Beach, Oregon, a small town on the Oregon Coast.
