Ditch the zesty walk back and forth along with the pad work (search "disadvantages of padwork" or "why padwork doesnt work", and shadowbox instead (at first train your technique, footwork , cardio maybe do some sequences then start visualizing an opponent that you will fight realistically.) im sure your cardio, resistance and technique program could use some work but im not sure what advice to give you. Your bag work basically boils down to: standing still mindlessly comboing at 30%-50% power. If you are going to work on the bag make sure you have a drill, target, goal or something specific in mind that you are training. (example: how fast/strong can you land a jab, how to improve your footwork to close the distance. get a sparring partner that knows how to hold back and won't give you cte before 30. (make sure to do the same for them) so you can actually get some training with live resistance instead of doing ego inflating "drills".
@EyeseeUriP bruh what kind of retarded argument is that. If I am giving boxing advice and it IS right then that means I can and should. Whether you follow it is up to you. Imagine being sick and someone telling you the way to get better. Do you ask them if they are a fucking doctor or do you politely thank them for the suggestion and move on?
Keep your guard up broski !

@EyeseeUriPI appreciate you man. I didn't want to feed into his negativity with a response but you got it for me.
