    Really great video on Beef DINO Ribs...! I've seen T-Roy Cooks, Cooking with Ry, and the Mad Scientist Barbecue videos on Beef DINO Ribs, and yours was great. Great technique, rubs, and great results. Keep up the Great work!

    Amazing. Ty for not smashing it with some stupid squeeze. Also, wooos-ter-sher sauce.

    Nice! Love the bark man. I messed mine up a tad because I put it meat side down. I should've watched your video first.

    Looks awesome!!! In your estimation, how many people a rack that size feed? Talking a good/big meal.....no girlie portions.......LOL.

    • @thebigbeardedcook187
      @thebigbeardedcook187  3 роки тому +1

      A good size portion, I'd say two to three people per bone. It's not the portions as much as it's how rich the meat is. Hard to eat a lot of it

    Thanks. What's the difference between normal beef ribs and wagyu in terms of cooking time and temperature?

    • @thebigbeardedcook187
      @thebigbeardedcook187  3 роки тому +2

      I cook wagyu and regular beef at the same temperature, however I have noticed that wagyu usually cooks faster than regular beef. It's anecdotal, but just what I've noticed

    I've tried cooking beef ribs but how come you guys ribs have so much meat on them?

    • @thebigbeardedcook187
      @thebigbeardedcook187  3 роки тому +1

      Hey brother, these are called beef plate ribs. Most of what you see in stores are beef back ribs which have much less meat on them than beef plate ribs. Ask the butcher for those and you'll be good!!
