Love SRF they are my go to for steak . All there steaks are good but their wagyu is outstanding. Those strip slices make a great steak sandwich!

I have heard of Chairman's Reserve Meats. There are a couple stores locally that carry that brand. From what I can see on their site most of their beef is going to be USDA Choice grade which is fine. Nothing at all wrong with it. But it will just be comparable to most everything you can get at the local grocery store.
