I watched 30 seconds and realized humans are more weird than I could ever imagine.
It is concerning to note that the number of cashiers employed at my local Morrison's has been reduced significantly, with self-checkouts replacing cashier counters. While technological advancements can enhance efficiency and productivity, it is disheartening when such advancements lead to job losses without commensurate benefits for consumers
jobs come and go, thats the cycle. its sad but it is what it is, people always talk about the amount of jobs that are going because of tech but not the amount of jobs now becoming available because of tech. people complain too much. people have always complained, in the 1800's people were complaining about job losses and yet here we are, still got plenty of jobs to go around and if your only available job is working at morrisons you need to sort some other stuff out. besides, those jobs still aren't gone yet. and benefits for consumers? I think most consumers prefer self checkouts, its much quicker.

This country has turned into crap and you speak to anyone on the street and they’ll agree. It’s only the rich boys and those in the establishment who’ll disagree. We’re poorer, more divided, multiculturalism has failed big time, crime on the rise due to weak punishments and foreigners from the 3rd world, we don’t manufacture anything anymore, most young people can’t get a mortgage so stuck in a system of renting with no money to save. People are just more miserable and have sort of given up. That optimism and positivity from the 90’s has just gone. The government need to pick an era when times were good. 90’s is a good example and just go back and do things exactly as the same as back then. If it works then don’t fix it.
But...the 90s were largely so good because of the massive explosion in computer technology. It's that same technology with the internet, social media and online business racketeering which has had a huge effect in making everything so rotten. It's like an older generation blaming their children on society going bad when THEY are the ones who built the society and raised their children and put them in the situations which alienate them so badly. It's all one movement, everything is connected and we're all in on it. We all complain about billionaires taking over society etc, but we are the ones who keep buying their products, downloading their apps and clicking their links which make them so wealthy and powerful in the first place.

Nothing hilarious about the Speech from the Thone. The United Kingdom is a Constitutional Monarchy, and the King is the Head of State.
Constitutional convention plays a huge role in the system. And it's something that has worked well since the United Kingdom was established in 1801.

Good to hear plans for improving Mental Health support and education. Our current system barely keeps people afloat through depression, while denying or delaying vital assessments to people and children with lifelong neurodiversity challenges. Schools being able to block assessments is a big red flag too.
If the country was in a better place like it was in the late 20th century then cases of mental health wouldn’t be as bad. It’s this awful modern world that’s making people lose it. Everything is too much for people now, too much pressure and judgement on the internet etc.. plus we live in a world where white young males are shamed upon which just decreases confidence and makes them think “what’s the point”?
Well his own son Harry has PTSD and advocates for mental health and veterans too he was in Canada for a couple of days promoting his Inviticus games and the cops complained about having to work overtime and getting more money themselves due to his visit to Vancouver for charity work.
