I have watched so many videos about the launch of this collection and a bunch of folks are p!ssed about the debacle. LV even failed with providing the Murakami packaging for the pieces. That was the lowest bar they had to clear. Seriously, Louis Vuitton? It seems that they overestimated the demand for the 2 Kusama launches and the Denim reissue and totally underestimated the Multicolor Murakami. I wonder how the next two drops will turn out?
No second drop happened on the 10th like everyone thought which is sad because everything was sold out online on launch day, I was able to obtain 3 pieces via a CA on launch day and it was only by chance i didn’t presend and spend on average $400 every few years
This is completely accurate. There was no second drop at least for us regular customers. Called customer care and they were super closed lipped about another restock. SA stated that some stores could potentially have inventory without offering to actually inquire about where specific could be located.
Hi, I was able to order as a VIC and was very fortunate to get the 5 pieces I wanted. I had to come in after launch date for one bag, and an SA told me they had to send anything they had or will have to the pop up store and she was so disappointed by that. I feel bad for those who wanted pieces and were not able to get anything.

I haven't seen many videos about this launch previously. However, the chaos has been raining down!! Ilove a classic LV this chaos is really making me turn my nose up at them.
I was able to get the east-west bag on launch day in the Monaco Boutique, they did receive just a very few pieces, I was able to order 2 slg with my SA, everything was available to order but you have to wait between 6 to 9 weeks to receive them. But it's true the everything is unavailable on the french website or any other country website. I'd say that Louis Vuitton missed really bad or don't care cause all the VIP got their items
Like it’s one thing to not have enough stock to make it out of preorders. But screwing over your more loyal customers, like people who spend 10k and up was one of the biggest fuckups. Also why have a big publicity push for it. I was kind of waiting for an official rerelease from LV before trying to get the speedys preloved. Now I guess I’m getting them preloved. If it was permanent I’d buy both speedys at some point from them. I did manage to get the other main item I wanted, the sneakers, but it was kind of a hassle to get them.
Hi Candace, I didn’t want anything from the multi colored drop as I am eagerly waiting for the cerise drop in March. It’s unfortunate how LV handled the launch of this line. I think the customer that pre-ordered and didn’t receive their items have a legitimate right to be pissed. After all LV had their money for a period of time and then to not deliver on it is shameful. Lowkey LV borrowed folks money and didn’t have to pay folks interest! IJS Now they saw the ads for this drop weeks before it dropped but I do think LV should stop running the ads if they can’t fulfill orders. I know folks that were able to get items and they didn’t have a 100k pre-spend portfolio with LV. I don’t think LV realized the significance of what this line meant to people and its popularity. Lastly, at the end of the day it’s bags, shoes and accessories. There are so many other things in life that are way more important. I’m not trying to diminish how others feel about not getting something they wanted because I’ll probably be crazy come time the cerise line drops. As if you preorder you expect to get the item at launch. But in the end I don't mind waiting for it if it is going to come. I will be super pissed if the cancel my order after 2 months and mixed messages... Then I won't shop with Louis Vuitton again.

NOMO! LV lost me as a potential client. The elitist and obnoxious client advisors on the phone and chat are horrible. I’m not wasting my time or money on LV after this fail of a launch. All I want now from this collection is the key pouch but the longer I wait the less interested I am. Tricks are for kids LV! J.

Great video! I have pieces from the original collection but I do want a few new pieces from this new collection but i highly doubt that will happen!
