    I just really like your car, dude. Just awesome.

    Its not a weird complaint. Its a collateral damage complaint. Meaning, naturally you're felling more wheel roll because with the 20"wheel, you're rolling more wheel weight. Which is called inertia. The car needs more breaking to stop and more power to roll. More wheel weight is a handicap. I personally never go with a taller wheel. Plus you minimize the air cusion you're riding on. I dropped my mustang an inch. Still rolling factory 19"s. Will eventually go with a wider 19, never taller.

    Beautiful wheels , wow. Big difference in the drive. 20’s feel heavy, 19’s are a better feel. 20’s look better

    I went from 255-19s stock gt track pack to staggered 255 front and 295 /35r20 rear. Lost gas mileage but since I never intended to track my car... looking back to slapping the stock 19s and just going to a 275 square. Cheaper rotation.

    everything you said, is the same thing I've noticed about 20 rims. Also isn't your brakes much more loud if you come to a complete stop?

    The 20's look really good. I went from 19's to 20's and love them. I'm stock PP height though. Went 275 35 and 305 30 and they are perfect for me.

    The reason why they rub is because you have your car lowered if you go bk up to the standard height it will ride better and no rubbing

    That front tire looks crazy thin 😳

    • @kevinbreese5739
      @kevinbreese5739 2 роки тому

      Assuming you mean the sidewall height: 275/35/20 = 3.8" sidewall which is no where near "crazy thin" for a sports car. Also, the rear tire has only a very slightly higher sidewall @ 3.9". If you were talking about a truck, I'd agree, but this is a sports car. As a comparison a 2021 Porsche 911 Turbo OEM tires = 3.5" sidewall F, and 3.7" sidewall R

    2016 GT 1 in. drop complete with Steeda control arms correcting the ball joint roll center.....Carroll Shelby G-14 wheels.....9.5 in. front 275/35/20 ....11 in. 305/35/20 rear Mickey Thompson street comp tires....Haven't had any rubbing what so ever.....Maybe because of the ball joint roll center correction and castor/camber plates.....I could have went with a 10 in. wide wheel in the front with the correct back spacing I'm sure.....

    Hey, you made a good point about different people having different setups as far as springs go but then you forgot to mention what springs your on and how much drop they have. If I remember correctly your on Eibach Sportlines which have a 1.5” drop in the front and a 1.3” drop in the rear. I’m getting 20s for my s550 soon but Iv got BMRs which only have a 1.2” drop in the front so hopefully I’ll have less rubbing
