I’d like to imagine in your universe, Brock sees Suzie during the Battle Frontier and she allows him to keep Vulpix, she also tells him it’s ok to evolve to Vulpix. Therefore Brock evolving Vulpix in Sinnoh doesn’t seem like he’s going back on his word from “The Battling Eevee Brothers”

I would give Serena either
- A Rhyhorn (reference to she being a Ryhorn rider in earlier episodes), or a Rhyperior (same previous reason with bonus of somehow that Hypotethical Rhyperior somehow having a cute personality OR having a "Knight in Shining armor" personality, and the irony of she having one)
- A Malamar or a Trevenant (further contrast with Team Rocket's Pokémon this season, and her running gag of thinking the worst in scary situations. BONUS points if said hypothethical options are actually scaredy cats. The malamar option being a contrast to the evil malamar of the season)

May's Bulbasaur fully evolved into Venusaur, but we NEVER really saw it aside from a blink and you miss it cameo during a montage at the Wallace Cup where it was battling an opponent's Marill with Vine Whip.
@@3dlandfan574 I think he just didn't like how Tepig was literally a copy paste of Charizard. I think the replacement Fire type he gave Ash, Darmanitan, was a much better choice.
@@3dlandfan574 I feel like it's fine as a Pansage. Really gave off that "Cilan jr." vibe I don't think Simisage could. Also, Simisage is inherently designed to be the opposite of Pansage so I don't think it'll work.

During that Deino episode, I'll never forget the fact that Ash and Iris tried catching a Deino for their own, but both were conveniently owned by someone else.
It's weird how the anime just Combusken blocked Iris out of having a Deino when no one have a problem with that.
Don’t forget the Bouffalant she befriended too.
The BW writers made some REALLY questionable team choices. I think Gen 5 is probably the region where I dislike the character rosters the most aside from maybe Johto.
@@TimG57867 I don't blame you. Don't forget that the season's also the unluckiest since the unfortunate natural disaster tragedy occured in March of 2011. Which affected the direction of the Generation 5 series entirely.

During the Wallace Cup, it was only a single frame, but it actually confirmed that May had a Venusaur. I’m surprised you didn’t keep it this way.
May's team was what she would have had by the end of AG not DP.

I honestly thought that giving Cilan, the cook of the series, a crab and fish pokemon was a really neat idea considering his gym is also a restaurant. I just wish he had gotten another grass type like Maractus.

How about next time do New Pokémon Teams For Ash's Rivals.
With all these new regions and Pokémon I wouldn't doubt that Gary, Paul and Trip had become more stronger and powerful since the last time we saw them.
If Cilan gets tepig, then he should get a water type. Make him embody both of his brothers. Maybe basculin since he likes fishing?
But basculin is useless out of water.

Iris definitely needed more dragon types even if they gave her a dratini at the start of the series isnted of a fully grown dragonite
They were likely trying to emulate how Black and White didnt let you catch old mons until eastern unova.

@@WheelStart I'd definitely want Goodra to replaced since it's only relevant in Clemont's battle I'd rather not have another dragon alonside Noivern. I want a bit more diversity not because of the overlapping weaknesses because let's be honest type advantage plays a much smaller part in the anime compared to the game. More so for a lack of redundancy. I'd much rather see Ash with Aegislash. How cool would Ash having a floating sword be?
You should do a hypothetical "in the future" team for Bonnie and Max and do a battle scenario with future Pokemon Master Ash.
Bonnie's future team would be:
- Denanne
- espurr > meowstic (female)
- lapras
- flabebe > florges
- tyrantrum
- zygarde
I would have given Sophocles a Minior as well, especially since its his dream to one day travel to space.
I would have reflected Brocks inital breeding goal more in Johto as well, by giving him the baby Stantler he bonded with after Cubone evolves into Marowak, so he has another baby (So to speak), to work with. He can even bring Stantler back during the Battle Frontier to provide a parent role to his Bonsly.

I want Zac to make his version of the pokemon leagues from the anime and what pokemon Ash's rivals should have in his opinion.
May having an Altaria makes complete sense because she had one in the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire trailer.

Zac, you should have given Iris a goomy. That would be great promotion for gen 6 and would give Iris a "friendly" huggable dragon type to counteract her more bad ass dragons.
And this may sound crazy, but I think Chloe should catch a female shelgon, which evolves into salamance when Chole realizes her dream. This is because shelgon's evolution into salamance is all about "coming out of its shell and spreading its wings".
I just love how Dori Dori, Serena's song, started playing in the background when she appeared.

I agree with most of these but for Dawn I think replacing cyndaquil with mamoswine bc cyndaquil was mostly used for flame ice (and she needs mamoswine for flame ice anyways) and with mamoswine she can still use ice chandelier or whatever it's called
Edit: Well they needed to promote heart gold/soul silver but I still think mamoswine is better

I agree with may having only one kanto starter, but i would rather have her get squirtle instead of Bulbasaur mostly because of the Drew battle which shouldn't be chanched since that was perfect.
Also because i love Squirtle and Ash's Bulbasaur got a LOT more screentime then Ash's Squirtle
