I can’t quite get my husband to understand (I think he’s coming around though because he just bought a killer pack from Blackhawk) that the reason I have so many bags is that they each have a different purpose. The closest bag design there is that comes somewhat close to “doing it all” is the medicine badge opening diaper bag but even that is crazy limited to ladies and EDC. Mine is not a diaper bag, haven’t needed one of those in ages even though I still have two. One just for memories sake and the other because it is 17 years old and still going strong. I use it as a duffel bag now. I’m not into designer purses just for names. I have a few nice leather purses for the few times in my life that I need a nice dinner date kinda of thing. I’ve been married 25 years, I’m a retired homeschool mom turned youtuber (Murder Most Southern) - we don’t go anywhere dogs aren’t allowed usually so those nice purses rarely get pulled out but they’re there if I need them. If I’m gonna drop a lot of money on a bag it needs to be versatile but you’re right no one bag does it all. If it did we would all have a cool 😎 clean, smooth looking pack that weighed a pound and had the capacity of a Tardis. That’s my dream bag… Till someone makes that I just switch it up almost daily according to what I’m doing. Am I going to the cafe to sit outside with the pups and work or am I sneaking my puppy into a funeral (he behaved well & no one ever knew he was there. My cousin would have laughed and wanted to pet him had he been there to say so. He would have understood I could never leave a hypoglycemic puppy alone). Sometimes I have one dog and sometimes I have three. Sometimes I need my conceal carry purse and I need to be able to lock it. My Bluebelle (.380) goes into the category of “Need you but don’t wanna see you….or really need you. Please never let me need you!” Every day is different. I live in the boonies, my idea of city carry is coffee shop on my small town square. Half the time my truck is my purse. Love your reviews man!
“… we don’t go anywhere dogs aren’t allowed….”👍 “… a pound … and the capacity of a Tardis.”🤣 “… the category of ‘Need you but don’t wanna see you’ … or really need you. Please never let me need you!”😱
I like to watch reviews for fun and Chase is my favourite in the backpacks category. Muito bom. About this backpack: I prefer the classic halfway opening, but in the both side together; one side water bottle pocket is better than none; I like the minimal brand. Such a cool review of a such a good long-magnificent-hair guy.
Chase, just wanted to let you know it’s the lunar pack not Luna. Another great review. I have the city pack x-pac on the way. I call it my hands free brief case.
I really wish they would just update the original Day Sling. It's the best bag I've ever purchased. The format was absolutely perfect for my needs. I've had it since 2017. The little underwear bungee pockets tore through them on the inside tho, but everything important held up. I'm really about to sew this bag back together myself tbh lol.
Great job, there's only one Chase! I kinda like the dimensions of the v1 sling better (wider strap to sightly smaller sling). Feature upgrades all make sense but the bag just seems too big for the strap. They probably couldn't get a fidlock for the wide strap and narrow is easier to tuck away for sure. Still like the v1 X-Pac even without the enhancements, it's amazing.
I see that you also have a review on the Able Carry Daily pack. Could you please compare the two? Which would you recommend? (I prioritise comfort > organisation > aesthetic)
This bag ticks so many of my boxes, but I’m bummed about the 13 l overall capacity… wish Aer made the same thing in their Xpac Material at maybe 20 to 28 liters. They have the Travel Pack 2 X-Pac , but at 33 l that is a little too big and I somehow dislike the way it looks with the compression straps and that odd zippered water bottle holder.
H.E.B. when I first came to Texas, and saw that on a large sign, I thought, GODDm I am in the south. (Yes MY ignorance, I get it, now 🙄). It's a good company though, community-minded.
hi Chase, do you have a backpack recommendation for me? i would like a backpack with a clean look, without a lot of straps and stuff. I would like to use it as an every day bag for work, shopping, a week business trip by plane and day hikes (removable hip belt would be good). currently I use the Millican Fraser the backpack 32 which does everything very well, but looks crappy if not well filled and too many straps hanging around. I've already looked at the peakdesign backpack, cool part. but maybe you still have an alternative for me.
@6:30 - Hey Chase! The Jeopardy answer to your question about how your RAVpower charger works (aside from “magic”) is: “How do GaN chargers work?” & “What is the USB-C Power Delivery (PD) standard?” - and yes the fairly recent innovation of GaN + USB-C PD technologies is, in a word, f**king magic. Ok, technically that was two words. ✌️
@11:00 during the bit about having a perfect spot to put your MacBook charger and external HD in the main compartment for convenient access while grabbing your laptop - why not use the two individual mini pockets opposite the laptop sleeve? Seems like a perfect solution to the problem you mentioned about ease of access and “blindly fishing it out.”
Duder, I'm diggin' the long hair no hat. Coulda rocked it the whole vid. Although... that is a pretty nice hat. Good materials, flexible, comfortable, designed by people who know what it's like to have hair longer than this comment would have been if I didn't sto
I really wish someone would make a decent bag (organisation etc.), that just about fits a 10-11" tablet. All the ones available are either just too small or a bit too big.
Got this bag last month and I am so disappointed. There is no space and everything need to be flat to fit in. Since I live in Canada, I can't not return the bag. I paid almost $300 Cad including $60 customs. The bag looks really good but it's worthless.
Aer bags are not well designed, they are well built; their bags are always too tight and have too many compartments. Still love their bags though, just have to modify them sometimes ;) The lunar pack on the other hand is a winning design, wish it was in Aer's signature materials with different sizes.
Is there a female version of Chase? Watching your videos are my guilty, relaxing pleasure. Would like to find good quality female travel clothing though.
I will always love the “business papers . . . Man” bit
You have majorly upgraded my bag game my friend. Thank you.
Most dramatic pause I have ever seen: Hollywood style
20:15 jumps to "are you getting this? Too subtle?" -look. Awesome 👌

The length of Chase’s hair coincides with how long he pauses before saying “business papers, man” 🧐
Baaaha haha!

14:40 Blade was the Wesley Snipes character you're thinking of. He was in jail for tax evasion.
thank you for your service 👍
You can understand his confusion: just how many allowances should somebody who’s half-mortal and half-immortal claim on their W4?😉

The audio quality of that intro voice over is really fantastic

Chase, can you make comparison between Day Pack 2 and City Pack? I am still torn between the two
Front pocket I'd probably stash a fresh mask in there or something just in case I forget mine 🤷🏻♂️
i like the aer city sling orig, those wings make them shrink
Ahh Fawwk yes! The Classic Reeves is back with quality badass backpack and sling content 😁👌
Hex makes great bags. Their gym bag is amazing.

Currently two days away from receiving my X-PAC City Sling 2!!!

THAT BAG BEHIND YOU ITS A FU...G PIECE OF ART
Think you could fit a Tupperware down in the bottom or the city pack? Maybe on its side?
That flow is gorgeous 😍
7:49 , that's the moment he realised he was giving an air handy
That city sling doesn’t seem like it can hold an iPad mini. Curious if you are going to look at the new Bellroy Venture Sling

So all in all, it would make sense to migrate the admin panel to the main pocket? Will you work on an EDC in the future?

and also can you fit a almost 1 inch gaming laptop?
specifically dell g15
Happy Friday Chase, good to see you.

Chase, how do you think Aer compared to Nomatic? Better? Not as good? Watch all your videos, love it, but I'm still not sure on direct comparison.
The hair is bangin bro
Hipster Jesus reviews bags 😘
Does the city pack stand up by itself?
Hi, is there enough space for my Fuji X-T3 with 18-55 Len mounted and a flask? Thanks for your review. Ale.
I refered to the smallest. Thanks.
I really wish someone would make a decent bag (organisation etc.), that just about fits a 10-11" tablet.
All the ones available are either just too small or a bit too big.
What’s the difference between the city sling to the xpac
Your hair is a national treasure.
Does a Nintendo switch fit in that sling?
Wait... that's not Flight Pack 2???
What hat is that? 🎩
Lovooooove the hair down. Wowzer.
What is the green pack hung up in the back?
Pakt
You’re the best!👍👊💯 keep up the great videos!
Oh yum yum yum! 😂😂
Great video. 👍
Your hair is glorious

Hello World...good morning world hope you have a great day !!!
Your hair is getting sexier.
Hairs down, calm down.

They don’t have the charisma of Chase (l mean who does?) but PackHacker has female reviewers and correspondents including travel clothing
