a few days earlier on tv MJ had said the only thing to do in Utah was golf...that's why everyone was booing when he got the ball..lol he quieted them down with that mid court shot though..
I remember they were booing him because a day earlier he said "the only thing fun to do in Utah is golf" lol...the people booed and sealed their own fate

lol...I can see my 11yo self in the crowd thanks to my red Jordan jersey. my favorite game I ever went to. watching the GOAT completely take over a game and erase a 20pt deficit was incredible, not to mention the half court shot.. great memory
What really set jordan apart was his ability to soar. He didnt always get high but he could take off from much further out than other dunkers finishers. Huge advantage bc help defender could not get there in time.
