    That looks good! My mother makes Liver “Veneziana” as she calls it, but she uses flour so it isn’t Keto. I’m going to try your recipe. Thank you for sharing! I imagine you’ve been told before that you resemble Juliette Binoche. 😊

      You could try substituting with almond flour or other nut flour.

    It was really nice cooking preparation you have done. So yummy it looks n of course tastes it...pls tell me which liver you used it for in sheet like form ??

      Hi Herbert, thank you so much. In Italy, for this recipe that comes from Venice area, we use calf’s liver. The butcher keeps the liver entire and slices it when you buy it. In this way the meat keeps its freshness 👍

    I once had a recipe that contained pancetta and chicken livers, but I lost it and I miss it!!! Do you know that recipe. A friend who is Italian told me it and he's gone now...

      Hi Akshay, I don’t have a fixed schedule because I eat it when the butcher has very fresh liver. It’s more or less once every 10 days 😊

      @@LCHFItalian I tried your recipe last night and it was super delicious! It was the first time that I ever cooked liver. The cuts of liver that I had seemed to be twice as thick as yours, though, maybe 3 cm in parts. How thick is the liver that you cook? Don't worry, your English is perfectly understandable, even charming to listen to. Your husband is a very lucky man!

    Actually we don't get to buy white onions which is keto friendly in my neighborhood...but come with many nice recipes dear....I am a keto Dieter....
