  • How to Fight | Kickboxing Episode 2 With Tim Kennedy
If you like punching people in the face. Let me tell you from first-hand experience that kicking them in the face is even more fun. In this episode of how to fight we cover a variety of drills about how to damage your opponent in a variety of locations. Leg attacks are fantastic. But putting the shin across someone’s face always will hold an extra special place in my heart. What are my favorite moments of the day besides making everyone have to change your underwear after getting kicked in the gut was watching Mike a Bellator fighter and Andrew Craig a UFC fighter play Slappy slap to the face at the 11:20 mark. Seriously though and incredibly talented room. Humbling is always to have the opportunity to trade with such skilled athlete.

Fantastic video! Tim (and the rest of the guys here) are really humble and good-natured. It's not about proving who's better, but instead helping one another get better. Liked how Time gave instruction but still wanted to be a good student as well. That's a real martial artist. Finally, what is that thing on Shane's chest? In any case, great job!

Would be interesting to see for example how could you train grappling arts, clinches etc., if you have a neck condition that prevents any twisting, preasure and sudden jerking movements etc. being done to the neck region.
Maybe ad a physical therapist in to that the mix + also talk about other injury prevention stuff.

Can you do a "how to fight" on mentally preparing for an mma fight? I'm about to do my 2nd fight and I'm not a naturally aggressive fighter. In jiu jitsu I am aggressive but I really don't like hitting people. The Army taught me violence of action but punching someone has always been a bit difficult for me to do. Unless they really needed punched that is.
