Agree. I have never had someone make a bundle and buy it straight up. They always wait.
I have. I let them know that's my best price at least I can have a conversation versus offers where there is none.
Hi Sandra, I have done horrible in sales :( Since my sister was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer I was helping care for her. So, I didn't have time to list a whole lot. My sister sadly passed away and it has taken all of me to get my life going again. We were unseperable and did everything together, so it kind of feels like half of me is gone. Anyway, your videos have inspired me to get back at it! However, Mercari hasn't been that great. It feels like if they changed things & make it harder to sell. I need to get brave and dip my toes into Poshmark! LOL! Thank you so much for these videos. Not sure if you know how much you really inspire me :) Blessings!!

My sales have not changed, maybe increased slightly. But. Not nearly to the level you're at. I have a very small closet. I am planning to increase the size slowly and trying to decide on a few strategies that will work for me.

I don't have much luck with bundle discounts. People create bundles and they automatically get a 25% offer, at which point they send an offer that is usually another 30% off. It's getting on my nerves. I think I'm going to go back to no bundle discount and send an offer if someone creates a bundle.

Focus on mid to luxury bags and jewelry. Clothes take up a lot of space to inventory and warehouse.
Yes to the brands selling well one year and not selling well the next year. That's what I was doing with Ralph Lauren brands/Lauren brands. They sold very good one year and the next year not. I've been consigning my jeans jackets because they are NOT selling.

What size plastic tubs are you using to fit your metal rack? Will it fit two or three per shelves? and where to get them? Thank you.
Customer asked questions about an item, wanted cheaper shipping which I then changed on the item's page. Waiting for her to officially buy now. Just looked and there is a yellow banner saying THIS ITEM IS RESERVED. How did that get there? If she doesn't buy, how would I remove it?
Same here with Mercari - sales are inconsistent but I do like that platform because of the low fees. I also have Poshmark and eBay with Poshmark being my main platform. And agree that bundle discounts don't always work.
@@SandraTheMomBoss OH I agree 100% They haven't really made any changes in quite some time. I like that you can add advertising signs in Poshmark's closet - you can't do that on Mercari. Yes, lacking tools for sure! Low fees are about the only thing good on that platform!
Mercari delisted my listings across the board, all of them. Why? Because I had a 50% cancellation rate. Stuff was selling on other platforms, not Mercari so I cancelled orders that came in.
So you are not selling on that platform anymore?
When you turn off the bundle discount what happens to the items that have in description " Bundle to Save"

I don't understand how Bundles work. When I bought things on Poshmark I just chose items and paid and they were shipped out. Now as a new seller when I see Comments page it says " Miss Smith created a bundle, make an offer to close the sale." I have no idea what to do! There are other messages where someone added an item to a bundle but it was only one item total, so it wasn't a bundle. Help!

Without the auto bundle feature, how do you offer one shipping price for multiple items? Does a button or link pop up on the sale page?

Hi Sandra. Do you accept returns on ebay? If you do, buyer pays? Of all the platforms ebay seems to have the most difficult buyers in my experience. I hear that returns are very low, that people generally don't. Is that your experience? I just dont want unhappy neutral ratings. Thanks!
I will never use PayPal ever.
I lose money most of the time using bundling because I was already at my lowest price (3 for 15% off). Most people want way more than 19% discount and free shipping. I would grow my business I made 20% less this year than last. And worked just as hard on posh. Very frustrating.ive sales are a waste of time. Promoted closet very expensive per click. $70 a man nth for $150 sales?

I am running a 3 for $20 sale and customer still adds a fourth item and want to do 4 for $20. It’s just not nice!
On many items, when Likers didn't respond to my 24 hr lower offer, I changed the original price to 10% HIGHER so I can 'offer a discount' later. LOL
My sales have been bad this week 😢 cristishop
