As an Indian in Australia, the main reason is the amazing Aussie culture is all about giving respect and space to everyone. You will notice this everywhere, during driving, during grocery shopping, getting off the train etc, each and everyone will wait patiently, giving others space. Even at work they prioritise wellbeing first, and they will never invade others space. Even if they see a celebrity, they wont bother them, and if they want a selfie, they will first ask if its alright. I was in coffee club with my Aussie colleague and Michael Hussey was having his coffee, my friend said hey its Mr. cricket, I asked him should we ask for a selfie? He said nah, let the man enjoy his morning coffee. Massive respect

I myself live in Sydney , and I am born from a Indian family but have a Aus passport. People here understand privacy and have common sense , I have literally seen professional cricketers day in and day out , more or less here ppl care about the game than players. Mere ik dost ne shane Warne ko dekha thha, khud k ghar k nature strip pe apna grass cut kr raha thha.. so that’s why this countries r 400 years ahead from us… and every 3rd worlder like to live in this countries

I myself live in Sydney , and I am born from a Indian family but have a Aus passport. People here understand privacy and have common sense , I have literally seen professional cricketers day in and day out , more or less here ppl care about the game than players. In India it is the polar opposite , you know its horrendous that your best player doesn't even live in the country , he literally flies there just to play cricket. Unfortunately my Indian relatives shows off when they get pics with these famous celebs. No famous ppl come to India because of this issue.
