    Keith Baar is a professor at UC Davis and renowned tendon training researcher and expert. Over the last 15 years, Professor Baar has worked with elite athletes, as the scientific advisor to sports organizations including Chelsea Football Club, USA Track and Field and the Denver Broncos. Professor Baar’s Lab’s research interests are Muscle hypertrophy, Muscular endurance and Ligament engineering.

      Hi, thanks for your comment. I do agree that use it or lose it is a general rule but I think Prof Baar provided a lot of extra useful information on the benefits and details of most effective exercises regimens.

    Dr. Baar is not the best UC Davis has to offer.
