Happy crocheting everyone.
It’s amazing how just changing colors can create completely different looks. I love the Black with favorite stripe yarn.
I just LOVE that swatch with the black & red heart stripes!!
can't wait to try this stitch. Has always explained so well . I learn so much from you thank you so much glenda x I hope your mom is doing well x
WOW - so very impressive, Glenda❣️ Love, love, love it ❣️ ❣️ ❣️ Would make a wonderful Afghan. Thanks for the tutorial. As always, so clear and easy to understand. 👵🏻💕🐾
Ooooo my love the black and strips I want to try this out Thank you Glenda for sharing
💜💛💙🐧Christina
Another one for my list! I love how the black yarn can take a very loud bright yarn like the stripes and tone it down so it's actually soothing to look at.
How do you multiply your chain link? I've been trying to figure out how many stitches I need in order to make a throw blanket. My math skills have so much left to be desired lol
I made a bag several years ago using this stitch. I got several comments then, and I decided to make another, but I don’t have the pattern, and don’t know where it came from. Do you have a pattern for a market bag with two handles?
I'm on row 7 and it's curving into a big circle. I've been following along step by step and don't know where I went wrong. How do I fix this? 😢
Ok so I just thought of something. If you can crochet with both hands would that solve the "turn your work" when you can just pick it back up with your other hand. I'm a genius haha.
However I cant crochet with both hands but I think I may give it a shot lol
You are fast becoming one of my favourite crochet channels! I just found you a few weeks ago when I was teaching myself Tunisian , and I love the stitch of the week segments! Keep up the awesome work and content.
At 17:40, it makes more sense for my mind and eyes to say that after ch3 at beginning of 2nd row, moving 2nd color out of the way, you are doing the long dc into the upside down V. If anyone has a problem with short term memory as I do, the directions are great for others but too much for me. Just, do drop sts in the upside down V.
Is this the same as the morrocan tile stitch?
I was kinda thinking the same thing. I'm not sure if the Moroccan has the defined diamond shape like this. Now I'm curious and am about to look it up lol.
Thanks so much for this. It is kind of close to what I am looking for. In fact, maybe you can help. There is a knitting stitch called the Newfie Stitch and I am trying to find a crochet or tunisian crochet version of it. Thoughts?
I am having so much trouble on the ends. Stitches in between easy peezy but when I get to the end I’m always guessing what to do. I can’t get the rhyme or reason. Help please.
Oh Glenda, you're so wonderful. It's so helpful to link your videos to the written patterns on your site!
Finally on vacation. This stitch is perfect for my next project. Again,Glenda right on point🤗
Thank you❣
Love the way the stitch looks with the black and the red heart stripes
You are my favorite crochet to listen to
You are such good help. I am 77 so I have slowed down a lot, but I still love to try new patterns. Thanks for all your help. I so look forward to your program
Keep up the good work, I can not thank you enough. Carol overstreet
It’s beautiful
I’m going to try
Maybe I can used this stich to do a cocoon cardigan
Thanks for your teaching crochet classes
I’m learning a lot💝😻👏👏👏👏👏
I am about half way through this blanket. It looks wonderful.
Would have SHOWN up better. Not SHOWED.
So, row 3 is worked in the upside down v's of row 1. Right?
Love this video. Excellent tutorial
This is perfect. I just picked up some fun varigated yarn and I love playing around with different ways to work them. My brain is already seeing this yarn worked in this pattern. Thank you:) can't wait to try in a swatch.
What an interesting stitch! Your instructions are so easy to understand. I have some short term memory loss due to a head injury, but I don’t have any problem understanding your instructions. Thank you so much for being SO clear! You are an excellent teacher. Subscribed🌷😀
hi there. I'm a beginner. But love this look so much I want to try it out. was going threw some tutorials on different pattern and came across u. need to make a gift for Christmas for my older sister and our little g time friend. Thanks so much for going slow and very clear instructions. ☺️👍

Thanks for the fabulous tutorial! Love this stitch. FYI you keep saying stitch #256 but it is showing as #236....
Letta it is stitch # 256 I corrected the mistake Happy crocheting
I've been looking for a certain reversible stitch and found myself on UA-cam watching you teaching interlocking diamonds. I want to let you know I am very impressed with the way you teach!! Many years ago (way before computers) I taught beginner crochet classes for adults through the community program and my class was the only one that refused to take a break at break time because they had they were very dedicated to learning their new skill. I believe you would be that same type of instructor! Your teaching skill is wonderful! I will be coming back just to watch you work! :) I wish you a wonderful life!
Beautiful stitch
I've been struggling with this interlocking/mosaic stitch since the day I first saw it. My working along with your tutorial is the first time I've gotten it right. THANK YOU for explaining in simple terms, particularly how the long double stitch is supposed to work! Subscribed!
I was wondering if this stitch is also called the Moroccan Tile Stitch? They look so similar. Beautiful work! Dee
Thank you for the slow and thorough instructions. Oh so much patience you have to say things a couple times. Much needed when learning a new stitch. I am so thankful for UA-cam!
I really enjoy watching your videos you explain every thing so well. Looks like it will be a thick afghan. Will make a nice scarf. Will have to put it on my to do list.
Wonderful!!!! Thank you:) I’m glad I found your channel
Beautiful stitch 😍. Thank you Creative Grandma for another great tutorial ❤️👏😉😘
Wow! you are so professional, that is a Beautiful Stitch love it, If I knew how to follow patterns I would be a Happy Camper lol, Thanks for sharing your video😁😁
Thid is such a steadily paced tutorial! It makes it really easy to follow along even doing a stitch I've never tried before, thanks grandma!
Amazing what a little color can do! I like that you give examples of different colors!
Love it! My favorite is your 2nd sample, the one with the bright colors. Thanks again for sharing❤😊
Very pretty stich. I thought it was a open mesh at first, I have been trying to find a good open mesh stich. Thank you for sharing . I really love the multi and black, very pretty.
I love this pattern especially the one with the white diamonds. It seems like the best combination is to use a light color yarn for the part that becomes the diamonds. Thanks for the free written pattern and great videos.
cute design 😊
tryna figure out what I could make out that design... hmmm
I love the black w/ the Favorite Stripes; it really shows the pattern well. Thank you, again, for sharing...💗
There is just something mesmerizing to sit here and watch you do this!!! LOVE IT!
Love this stitch and the different looks that can be accomplished by color choice, and the added bonus of not having to weave in multiple ends! 😊❤️
Yay, I did it! I love your video, so easy to follow. ♥
How can I decrease and increase?
Just love your videos, I like to all the samples, it helps us see the stitch. Thank you Glenda

Always glad to learn more it helps me to increase my knowledge on more ways to use stiches.
It might be fun to incorporate some textured yarn into this pattern. Thank you for the video.
I usually crochet gifts for my kids scarves, toys and decorative items so the giveaway would be great 😊
Hmmm.... very interesting.... this stitch is going on my list to try! Thank you.
I enjoy watching you and I like all you patterns and they are east to do when I follow you doing a sample first
What border would you recommend for this pattern?
The black with blues and purples is beautiful!
Thank you for the pattern, and your tutorial very clear to understand the steps
I really really like this stitch going after yarn tomorrow. I am a newbie and have a hard time getting the right amount of yarn . Do you have a rule of thumb for the amount of yarn you get for a adult size afghan.
I always start with about 10-12 skeins but it depends if you buy the one pounders then not so many, so I always start with about 70-84 ounces
Creative Grandma Thank you so much
I (still) can’t crochet but I really need to learn to make this!!!

Glenda, the title of the video has a mistake. It says pattern number 236 instead of 256... It got me confused while i was looking for the pattern...
