A friend reminded me about a video we used to watch on a loop 20+ years ago (Indie Top 20 1989) which had this promo on it. Today is the first time I've heard/seen it in 20 bloody years. Talk about memories come flooding back.
Still love this song....hidden gem. I was always transfixed by the mole and the guitarists ability to be too good looking for an indie band. A complex scenario, I know, but a kiler middle 8.

Saw this band support Blur in Cambridge about 1995. Didn't like Blur. Went along to see the Parachute Men who were great.
sadly for this band having a lead singer who sounded like the one out of 10,000 maniacs wasn't a passport to either fame nor longevity.
