I bought the mini phantom today, and have been playing it for a couple of hours now and the action, intonation are good. Looks like the nut has been set up pretty good in relation to the frets. So perhaps they have watched So far an enjoyable playing experience. Also love the single coils being mostly used to hamburgers. It's cheap and sounds good. It gained a fair bit of attention today in a shop full of guitars 10 times the price.
Nice review! I love the teardrop's shape and sound. If you want to tune it regular, put on a set of 11, 12 or 13 strings, to your preference, and it will feel more natural and keep tuning better. Cheers!
I have a mini strat tuned to A it's great for playing slide. The pear 🍐 shape Vox seems very practical for traveling. I would like a chunky neck over slim 😎🎸🎶 Keep Rockin 🤘
I have the Mark III mini tuned to E standard and I love it. I changed the stock strings to a slightly thinner gauge as the plain G was way too stiff and impossible to intonate. I play everything from The Cure to Anthrax on it. I love it. Pickups sound great especially for clean tones!
Son unas maravillas, igual la Mark V , es genial, pero recomendado oara manos pequeñas , es genial ! Me divierto tocando musica de los años 60s , mas que todo, Muy buen Video
@@BuddaGuedes The Requinto is a Smaller Sized Guitar w/ a Deeper Body tuned to High A Standard used in Trio Romantico Music. This is basically an Electrified version w/ Steel strings.
@@BuddaGuedes the increased string tension doesn't bend the mini neck? Ps great video I just ordered a real one like yours Going to use it for a trip, traveling Looking forward to getting it!!
Wow the drop is amazing, but what about fretjob/nut/action out of the box? An homemade setup is enough to play it comfortably or does it require fret levelling/nut cutting and stuff like that to be playable?
Sounds great 😎 How is the tuning stability of the first Vox in standard tuning? Does it play in tune right out of the box? Also what gauge strings are being used?
@@BuddaGuedesThat teardrop's gorgeous...I have the shortscale bass from 10 years ago, great neck and pickups...and it's amazing that something so oddly shaped can still balance on a strap

@@BuddaGuedes I ended up ordering the mini-humbucker model about an hour after leaving my initial comment😂
I MUST HAVE THEM BOTH
Eh! Ehh
Is it true that it refuses to stay in tune when you play chords?
Not really, but you have to adjust to the different scale length

The extra tension is not that much

It’s ok. Very cheap instrument so not the best in the world

Such a great video man !! But what was that orange pedal name?? 😍😍 let me know ❤️🤘
I guess it’s the fulltone catalyst
Can't find a left handed one!
It's tuned like a Guitar w/ a capo on the 5th Fret so yeah High A Standard
Yea it is
what is the tuning of this guitar?
You can use standard but I tuned it a 4th above
Hi, so what strings gauge do you use tuning in A?
I’m using the ones that came in. But 0,10” ou .009 will work fine eu to the escale length
@@BuddaGuedes Ok, thanks!!!
So this means that I don’t need a capo?
Not really but kind of
bonjour quel accordage svp
I don’t understand what you mean
