I'm Ojibwa Indian and I'm proud of it. I'm of the turtle clan. I make dream catchers and gift them to people.

Stories told, must be retold as to not be lost. Doing this is being human. Thanks for another great story.

Beautiful origin stories! I have a large one bought in Arizona. I believe it was made by the local Navahos - didn't know they originated with the Ojibwe. Very cool! Thank you!!

I only buy dreamcatchers made by First Nation people. Some places, saying they are raising money for indigenous children sell ones made in China. I don't understand why when they have access to items made by hand by those near to them.

I recall these became quite popular after 9/11.So much in fact that indigenous people pointed out these were being made by. Those who didn't know what they were doing

I know it's a lot of work, and I *_love_* what you do as is .. but I'm sure I'm not the only one who would really appreciate some longer format videos. Maybe 15 - 20 minute range? Just a humble request. ☮

Just make sure that it doesn't say "Made in China" on it when one buys a dream catcher. Those are fake through and through, and have not the sacred majick of a dream catcher made by an Indigenous person.Or one can make his/her own, learning properly, regardless of ethnicity.
