Thanks for making this. I skied Telluride a few years ago and it is my fav ski resort.. just majestically beautiful with great runs. It's a bit further to get to (I'm from Australia) but glad I did.
I want to thank you for taking the time to inset landmarks along the way so we would know exactly where you were skiing. So many people don’t make the extra effort!
Christ that was great; I;m a Florida guy to old to long board or skim board / but I'd love a shot at snowboarding any instructors you recommend, Thanks.
I was just In park city and my dad skis vail every year with his friends. We want to come to telluride next year.. how would you say it compares to those mountains?
I would say to stay in the Town of Telluride. Camels Garden or Ice house have the best ski location in town. If you are looking for high end Auberge Element 52.
Jake Goodnight I also would recommend renting/buying a place in telluride lodge if it’s your style. It’s really cool there and I think most people will like it.
Is skiing at this high altitude physically exhausting? 11k ft is very high altitude I find skiing the Rockies so much harder than Whistler which is fairly low in altitude in comparison
Just come back from Copper with 9700ish' base elevation and 12300ish' peak elevation. Yes it is exhausting! High altitude also means dryer powder so it's easier on your legs.
Read the yelp reviews for Kain and Burke Law Firm in Grand Junction, Colorado. Use caution with Telluride Ski Resorts security. I successfully sued the head security guard and his employer TS&G in the San Miguel County Civil Court System that has a $5000 limit.
So takeaways: not too crowded, lots of narrow trails, some pretty lousy skiers/boarders and a guy with a GoPro who skis too fast. Since I won't be skiing this Covid season, I'll be watching this a few times. Thx.

I skied a lot of blue/black runs there. A lot of them! Incredible scenery!

I never get tired of watching this!
Nice long run; thanks for sharing! 😎
Great video!
Planning a trip for next winter as we speak. Been to telluride once but it was during summer time. We passed through while on some long jeep trail.

Simply beautiful.

Kristen Permakoff is the best!
Liked it.
Though- bottom is lift 7, close
Top is a choice, top of lift service, yes
Nice video but a distracting and cheesy soundtrack. Just leave natural sound. Puts the viewer so much more in the moment.
Robert Foster natural sounds begin halfway through video
I disagree. I don't want to hear his edges down the entire slope.
Play it on mute, or go make your own video dude. This video was fine.
Idk
I can’t focus with the music when skiing but chill vibe
Don’t be that guy just standing in the middle of the run 5:15
better than sitting!
Not taking those "slow" signs too seriously, eh? Great video. I'm headed there in January.
@Dominic Isherwood what??
I've never been there...is it worth the trip out of the way?
Sean Phillips didn’t work out as well as you thought did it
What trails were you on after you left
See Forever?
See Forever then Milk Run to T TRAIL TO THE BOTTOM
I was just In park city and my dad skis vail every year with his friends. We want to come to telluride next year.. how would you say it compares to those mountains?
@Dominic Isherwood better than zermatt matterhorn? I never been to either
telluride has trails for beginners to expert, and its a lot less crowded than vail. more homey
What is this song?!? My kids love it.
Just a free tune off of UA-cam
gorgeous.. bloody hell
1:14 snowboarder is screwed. Can confirm that is a long uphill ahead of him.
Thomas H yup.

Do you recommend any specific lodging for 2-4 people?
During ski season btw

it takes some getting used to

Luke Smith well it’s high is 13,256 fet or around that.
you get used to it very quick
Jesus this makes Cannon Mountain look like a bunny slope
Grew up in Vermont and now live in the san juans (telluride) I love the east coast but the slopes is laughable
@@thomash4950 yea I probably will move West too someday
Omg!
L-I-V-I-N. !!!!
If you can't make it in Telluride as a bartender, become a Realtor!! It's easier than learning a trade.
worked for me
So nice, except the Jamaican music is so not Skiing theme.
sorry pete feel free to turn the sound off and put your own track on
I liked the music, to each their own. There is a mute button, super simple to use.
Let me hear the snow. Still a great video.
i would have preferred the live sound but nothing here to complain about really.. great video and thanks for posting
1:35 dude catches an edge lmao
Ha gotem
probably took down those two behind him as well = P
Poor jerry
And three buffoons “skied” this in old jags
Three buffoons names Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond

Reggae and skiing don't go together very well. Really nice video though.
Would be great without annoying music
nice video, terrible music
