The locking collars to attach the legs etc, are they plastic or metal? It would be interesting to see how stable the tripod is in real world conditions such as on a hill, in the wind etc
The locking mechanism is all metal. Unfortunatelly I couldn't test in in high winds because the summer climate here, but the tripod is very stable. You need though to tight it as soon as you get it out of the box with the provided tools.

Περίπου 47εκ και άμα το ανοίξεις full φτάνει στο 1,30m. Έχω εκπτωτικό κωδικό στο σάιτ άμα μπεις. Πάντως το χρησιμοποιώ τόσο καιρό κ έχει βολέψει και το tripod το μικρό και σαν monopod.
Συγνώμη που άργησα να απαντήσω είχα τρεχάματα με την δουλειά.
