My 1year old son stop crying instantly right after playing shrek musical. He is a fan AND SO AM I. I use to play tuba, and this is a perfect job made congrats.

A 'big risk"? No, an expedient financial decision. A newcomer with no known name and a long list of Broadway dance credits can be paid far less than a well-known choreographer with a Tony or two under his/her belt. THAT's why he was hired.
