I really like the look of the rad relocate. Where did you get it from? Also how secure is it? Is it bolted through the frame or just to the plastic. Just wondering how much it shakes around. I love how low it is, easy to see over
I got it from customize your ATV, and its bolted through the plastic. I wondered at first too if it was secure, but it doesnt move. And I got it because it was low. I don't like the high ones
Are you still able to open the lid after rad relocate? Not looking to relocate the battery at all. I’m guessing just add extra lengths of hose to get the extension?
Actually ordered the same exact setup you have, last part comes in Thursday. I’m only concerned about opening the lid to access battery terminals if need be. I’m personally not worried about the storage
@@kettlek00ked then move the battery. It honestly wasnt bad and I thought cecco racing made a battery relocation for between the front rails. Check it out
Did you have any issues with the over flow bottle weep hole spilling everywhere, the tiny pin hole in the cap leaks when I get on It right into my cup holder and my drinks?
I drilled a larger hole in the green cap towards the bottom. Then took a threaded brass elbow by barb fitting, and drilled a hole in the top of the overflow cap. Thread the elbow into the cap and used an o-ring to seal it. Then took a little bit of hose and put it on the barb fitting and took it up along the radiator bracket and looped it so its facing down. Ill take pictures tomorrow to show it a little easier
No, but I didn't use the hoses that came with the kit. I cut a piece of card board of the bends I needed and went to pep boys or any auto parts store and told them I needed to look at all the hoses they had and found ones that were close to the cardboard temple I made. Plus I got ones that fit tighter around the radiator necks
No problems with any of them. Both are still solid and just as I mounted them. Only thing I reccomend is cutting a small hole in your plastic lid below the radiator fan so it pushes the air out faster instead of blowing back on you. I made a deflector that pushes the air away from me
I liked it better because it sat lower so I could see over the front easier. The install wasn't hard, just have to take your time drilling the holes and you'll be good
@@redv8jeepyj1 Everything is in the kit? I would prefer this reloc than the other one so i can sit and still see in front of me, are you making hole in the basket too? thanks :)
@@lapierreb everything is included in the kit. It's a nice heavy duty relocate kit. And I ended up removing the whole front tray. And you might want to relocate the battery up front for easy access
No issues. I tore off the clutches and the clutch housing cover that goes to the tranny, cleaned off factory seal and put a tube of rtv and resealed. Had water completely over the clutch housing for minutes at a time and no problems

Looks very good!
😁👍
Unfortunately, you can then no longer use the front trunk!🤔
I know, I'm getting a storage bin for the back. But I'd rather have my radiator not covered in mud, so it's better for the long run

I was going to make mine open but it's not that much storage and I just put the lock and ride cargo box on the back instead

If you could take some pictures that would be great
How did a custom color on the rad and snorkel?
I painted the red on the rad, and taped off snorkles and sprayed them
would this fit on the 2021 sportsman 1000 xp trail? with snorkels
I'm not sure I'd they changed anything on the 21 yet. You can email cya and ask them
Hey buddy where did you buy the radiator relocated and the front brush guard?
Radiatorr was from cya and the brush guard is the polaris one they sell
I did this same kit but my upper and lower hoses keep leaking from where it’s supposed to seal to the radiator. You have any issue like that?

how well do both kits work? have you had any problems with either i just order both of them snorkel and relocation kit.

Thank you man I’ll keep it in mind just waiting for it to get here haha

It doesn’t make sense to me how it’s still getting in after siliconing everything like I have
