2021 Sportsman 850 Snorkel kit and axle upgrades!

- Our buddy turbo Tony brought his 2021 sportsman 850 over for some upgrades. we put some new axles and a homemade snorkel kit on as well as a new belt and some rock lights. after all that Tony tested it all out and it looks like I gotta do it all again lmao! 🍻
You might as well tell him it not only makes it look better it also saves your seals and gaskets for the wheels barons

Buddy I think I like the atv videos as much as the sled videos. Any video you do is entertaining. My wife and I are always saying “nice one “ I think that’s your best catch fraze. You should trade mark that. like the guy did for going out for a rip are ya bud. Then put it on your merchandise with your logo. You sir are probably my favourite you tuber.

Nice trick with the belt ! .
Slide hammer works the best for axle removal and you don't have to worry about breaking the case of the diff pounding on it with a chisel!

Just found your channel! I had an older Polaris Sportsman 850 that I snorkeled and relocated the rad. PITA. And they all leak from the factory sealant on the CVT back plate!

Belt drive is no good in deep water.
Water will always find a way in, vibration always wins.
You put the intake above the water but let the exhaust stay below. Bike shuts off for any reason, $$$$.
Want to go in deep water, buy a Argo.

Seriously what does throttle flipping do?
Is there any way to add a grease zerk or 2? Or will just pre filling it with grease hold up long enough?
unfortunately you can't put a zerk fitting on it for the axles but if you pack it full of grease when you put the axles in it will help stop them from locking in for a while. 🍻
It would have been a lot easier to just buy the high lifter version of the sportsman, probably would have made a better mud machine.
How many vent lines did you run and where did they come from?
there was 4 lines in total, 2 for the intake and 2 for the clutch case. the hose was some sort of pool hose I think...he supplied the hose with the snorkel kit 🍻
