I would double check all the holes on your airbox. The air temp sensor rubber grommet will leak on you if not sealed and also check the factory polaris air box seals, sadly it is not a 1 piece unit and is glued together at the factory and sometimes they miss a spot like a 2-3 inch seam on my machine that let in water near the front of the airbox near the computer. Also probably gonna want to seal the rear belt box to engine seal and also the air box lid seal is not very good. Alot of guys will butle, silicone, or caulk rope the air box lid closed. Mine is butle and also my belt box cover is siliconed on. Just make sure she's air tight before you take her rack deep lol
On my machine I did not have to seal the air temp sensor as the rubber seal actually passed the smoke test. So just smoke test, if it leaks, then seal it.
@@zzzzzz...9902 Not sure how many PSI you were running your smoke test at. Water exerts alot of pressure on things when they are submerged. Guess you'll have to take it rack deep and put it to the test.
@@CodyOATV I should clarify something here. I do not have a polaris, I have a 2005 suzuki king quad 700. However, even on my machine the IAT sensor is still on the bottom of the airbox. My smoke test does an excellent job of testing it for leaks without taking the risk of just dumping it into the water and pray nothing gets into the engine. I know my belt box, which is not a big deal if water gets in, did have a small leak from the smoke test and it was still water tight when I went deep and no belt slipping what so ever. On my airbox side of things, I had no leaks with the same smoke tester, and I have been deep enough so far where I am fairly certain the IAT was under water and I had no issues. I mainly put my snorkel on my machine for a precaution just in case I ever did go into a hole that didn't look that deep but is actually very deep. I know according to the instructions on the smoke test, it says to put my compressor to 100 psi, which I do. Now I don't think it tests it at that high.
DIEGO WASSUP MAN! watched this video a few hours ago on another account and couldn't comment but hey, free 2 views! as usual, awesome vid, 850 looks 😍🤩😎👏🏻🙌🏻 NICE!
Seems like the hoses might be pinched in certain areas. Maybe it's just the camera angle but I can't imagine them fitting in the area they are crammed in. Especially since the battery isn't relocated yet.
Hey I was just wondering on what the brand of the snorkels and price for the snorkels just bought the same wheeler and am thinking of doing the same snorkel setup
Omg lol the comments about the headlight being blocked. Have y'all not had a four-wheeler. That's the bright light, still has 2 low beam lights. Need a mod anyway to make all 3 come on. So the light is doing nothing.
does anyone know if you have to properly seal the belt box before installing a snorkel? Thinking of snorkeling my 570 but im not sure if i should silicone the belt box or just snorkeling should be enough
This is for other people mainly as I am sure you figured it out by now, but typically I would just install the snorkel and then smoke test it to see if the factory seal for the belt box is enough. If it does not pass, then just run a bead around the belt box and you should be good. I have a 2005 Suzuki king quad 700 that I snorkeled with rad relocate and light bar add on and I had to run a bead along my belt box. I know for my machine, the cvt outlet side was a pain in ass to seal, used mounds of sealant on that bitch, but everything else was fairly easy. Honestly, if you just want to run a bead, just use black rtv silicone and you probably wont even tell it is there much anyways.
Ya lift your shit to the moon your axles are still gunna be where they were at before you lifted it a lift allows for bigger tires that’s where you get your ground clearance from. Example look at monster trucks when there not on there big tires and their skipping leg day on a semi trailer a lift kit only lifts the body and all that shit see how much ground clearance those axles have then
The one sya snorkel kit I bought did not fit worth a damn I ended up having to go to lowes and get new pipe as nothing would go back together and had to basically just make a home made snorkel with warrior risers for the $170 I spent you kind of expect a decent product at least
What should we do next to the 850?
Exhaust
Lift kit
Sink it lol
Take it to busco see how the snorkels work then do a rad relocation
Exhaust
I think you should jet some new wheels first and then get an exhaust after that
Raidiator kit and spacers with rgwc exhuast
Definitely like that better than off to the sides. And really like the wag you ran the vent lines! Sick looking! Keep up the great work man! 😎
I agree it looks better in the center. Now you can go deeeeeep. Send it Diego
I like the way you did the snorkels
You need to go get some rims and a rad relocate and that thing would look mean and some green lights that would be dope
18:30 I was like watch this thing Flip and break the snorkels off
Got the rad kit for my 450. After I watched your video on the N2Dcustoms. Absolutely love it. Keep up the good videos
I love the vent line design
I’m having the same trouble with that boot fitting in the belt box correctly where’d you buy that new one that fit better?
How will you use the light. The Snorkel is covering it
good choice with placement, i think it looks better how you did it too. 2" lift next?
Did you cut the hole for the air box adapter plate
my bro didn’t even silicone the snorkel tips
I’ve been waiting for this to come now your with the pro’s now
Bruh I been waiting on this video for the longest, every notification I was wishing it was this 😂
U put them right infront the headlights smh
the big headlight sucks
Yes!! I’ve been waiting it looks so good
What did you do about not being able to access your battery now that it’s snorkeled? Or did you relocate it

Can we get an update on la mamalona
can u get some black hd3 alloy they will look good on it i just put some on my 850
You should add a light bar and tie it in to the high beam switch so you have a high beam.
Omg lol the comments about the headlight being blocked. Have y'all not had a four-wheeler. That's the bright light, still has 2 low beam lights. Need a mod anyway to make all 3 come on. So the light is doing nothing.

I think you should put a exhaust lift and rims
U should lift ur quad so u dont bottom out as fast
Lift doesent raise ground clearance
@@nathanjunior2294 then wtf it do
@@nathanjunior2294 so ur saying if i put a 12 inch lift kit on my quad it will have the same amount of ground clearance
Edit: it’s the suspension that bottoms out and it’ll give more ground clearance so you don’t get hung up on rock so
Fast
Ya lift your shit to the moon your axles are still gunna be where they were at before you lifted it a lift allows for bigger tires that’s where you get your ground clearance from. It’ll save you money sir
Now you need an exhaust
I love how it looks but you blocked the front headlight
No. n2deepcustoms snorkels bro and no bosaudiosystem speaker brooooooo
The kit sucks, got one for mine and didnt come with the airbox attachment and nearly enough vent line
