I can't wait for this! This game has put me in the mood of making excited monkey sounds in a very long time and the extra Chao with Hero and Dark Chao and more has me hopeful for the Chao garden to come back.

I'm 16 and have been a lifelong Sonic fan since I was 6 (ok...only a decade...not lifelong but still!!)---
Watched the 90s (and 2000s) cartoons, played most of the games, and read some of the Archie comics at the ages of 6-10.
I was a HUGE Sonic fan, and my faves were Silver, Mighty, and Shadow.
Maria hugging Shadow at the beginning of this was so wholesome, that my heart was mended
(after being broken by her death in the game, and the execution of Gerald) Like, you can see how close of friends Maria and Shadow were.
You can see how guilt-wracked Shadow is at not being able to cure Maria's illness (because that was the reason for his creation),
and also because she's his friend, so of course he cares.
I AM WAY TOO HYPED for this to be released.

Dope stream! I just want a direct or spiritual successor to Sonic Adventure 2. I want high stakes and deep themes, anime vibe and multiple characters. Chao Garden and VS mode.

Sonic 2 was my first Sonic game and I spent a shit ton of time on Sonic 3 along with SA2
