1 ton Bluestar - non inverter ( R32 ) split ac commissioned on last 4months back. during that time vacuum procedure not followed by the Bluestar service technician, he told vacuum procedure not required in this unit. this unit fitted in 10x10 by room of 2nd floor.(now summer start) while working up to 25 to 26 °C from 32°C of room temp. i was set at 24°C but unit cannot be reached pre set temp. of 24°C so, compressor running above 3 to 4 hrs. continuously that time take 4.2amps current and pressure is 130. i raised the complaint to Bluestar after that technician came and checked the above mentioned parameters. and checked the indoor unit grill temp. it is diplayed 14.2°C. after that he told unit working satisfactory. because of hign temp. in summer its happened.(roof and wall temp.) please tell me it is correct or not. what can i do reach the 22 to 24°C inside the room. unit is under warranty awaiting for your reply please. thankyou
You made a major blunder by using the spring used for helping in bend the 1/2 inch copper pipe, which was kept on the floor on the window sill. The spring should be put back in its clean sleeve after each use and should always be ultra clean. Even small dust particles on the spring will clog the tiny orifices of the expansion valve. Vacuuming will not help in removing the dust particles that was stuck on the spring. Rest of the video is perfect.

That is the mechanism. When your room is chilled the compressor stop running and save electricity. If your room not chilled as per your temperature set then problem.
No need to make any slope when installing indoor bracket.... because already the water tray has slop in tray itself.. IAM an Aircon technician in Singapore.
