This woman, from the time she sang Heroes at the age of 19 at the opening of the 2000 Olympic Games, has proven she can sing anybody and I mean anybody off the stage. People are talking about Pink and Melissa Etheridge (who is one of the best female acts I have seen in the early nineties) being better simply need to go back and listen a bit more closely. They don't have the power or the range that Venessa has. It still astounds me in this world of reality tv and celebrity that this woman with as amazing a voice as we are ever likely to hear is not famous and regarded as world class. Go and get anybody male or female to stand on stage with her and compare themselves and you will find a very short queue as there is simply not many people with her range, technique, power and ability to deliver a song. That's it. First time I have ever posted but, she is mind bending.

@alagogo The thing is she is always in the US.Recording, making music video's and going to concerts in LA.I have also heard of her gigging in LA with bands from the US but she does it for free. I don't know why she doesn't let the US fans know when and where she is going to gig when she is in the US, it would be easy promotion for her.
