At the end, the two side tables, I saw some scratches that are showing. If you take some "Old English" wood stain fixer, and a cotton ball (wear gloves) and wipe over the nicks and scraps. Brings the color back on which staining color you need. Not sponsored by "Old English" but would love to be! Hint-hint, nudge-nudge!

You are making the right choice with the storage units. If something changes and you need to downsize, it's easy to give up a unit, also easy to upsize. It's not easy to get out of a warehouse lease and then move all your stuff. Just stop thinking about all those possibilities and put that energy into the business.

I know SO who uses three booths at a local antique mall as their storage unit. Cheaper, and they sell stuff. They can't just set it and forget it though. Rotating back to their house or between the booths requires work, but they can't get a storage unit for the $$.

Slow and steady, that's the way to go. How many restaurants or shops do you know that went "bigger," moved and then went out of business? Use this new transitional space as you've planned, and in the future if/when you decide, buy your own building. I'ts expensive to live anywhere near the ocean. Renting is more expensive than buying, and is often a nightmare. Great decision! About listing...the thing I've noticed and meant to mention to you is that some of your items are listed more than once. I thought eBay did not allow that, that you'd be paying for the same listing twice, and that you might be fined or worse. You can definitely take up an issue with eBay if you've been wronged and they will usually make it right. However, it's very time consuming and sometimes just a royal pain. If everyone were honest, we wouldn't have these problems. You are doing so well, and that surely will continue. You know from where your guidance comes. From last show...It's funny when your seat belt goes off! Ha, ha! Cat

CAM = Common Area Maintenance. All commercial property leases have this above and beyond the "rent" price. And you're right that the CAM is your portion of the general costs of property maintenance, which can include anything under the sun. When you mentioned getting a warehouse space a couple episodes ago, I had a feeling y'all would back away from the idea for now. I think it's a great idea to wait because real estate prices are quite inflated and part of any CAM prices would be the landlords hedge against said inflation. Keep rockin'!

Guys, have you thought of trying to sell your sports equipment you want to get rid of to Play it Again Sports? I double listed once, and will probably do it again. People get in financial trouble when they over-estimate or get excited about something, then they can't pay their bills, get repoed, or go bankrupt.

I’m an old man so no reason at all to listen to me. But, land is what you need. You want something that is cheap but usable so you can have what you want. A 60 x 80 pole building on the cheap can be fixed so it fit your bill. Or a derelict building than you can make do with at the beginning. Look for properties that the relatives are fighting over and make a low offer and see what happens. I bought a beautiful house and 55 acres farm for half price when I retired. You can too if you at least try. See what’s available.

Not sure how you feel about this but I heard another seller say they ask the buyer if there is another item they would like to get instead of the item that you do not have and if they say no and just cancel the order they mark it as the customer asked to cancel the order and that will not be a strike against your account. Something to think about regarding your gold club sale.

Same in the Charlotte, NC area, we own a small family sawmill business in Peachland, NC, I live in Concord, NC. I used to sell wood out of my garage but got tired of strangers coming to my house so I rented a 10x30 storage unit and now we have 2 10x30 storage units and just make appointments and meet people. Renting a warehouse or store front is making the landlord rich not you. Also, we did find a reasonable priced property with a nice warehouse on it with 2 acres but what happened was local politics played a role on who actually bought the property. Good luck and keep selling!

I have had a double listing that I know I only listed once and unfortunately it cost me my top rated status. It is what it is and eBay won't help. Another time I had a buyer open a return for a refund on a $100 item. I happily sent them a return label. They left a neutral feedback and even stated they didn't want to go through the hassle and just wanted a refund. eBay would not take down the feedback after I waited the 30 days and no action.

eBay has definitely re-listed my already sold items in the past. I have a very few clothing items, they re-listed the same dress up 4 days after I had sold it! Same thing on a bedding item, I had to keep end listing it 5 times within 2days, Same thing with pillows. They know it’s a glitch in the system! I have read that if you start to use a crosslisting website, be sure to have in the settings, the automatic re-list option turned off. Some have experienced that as the issue.
