If I were a doc I’d do MOHS on that chest lesion, probably for convenience as you said but also for aesthetics since women’s clothing tends to favor V-necks and such. I imagine she may have been able to hide that spot with some color correcting concealer and foundation. Have you talked about Merkel Cell Carcinoma? I had a patient with it and it just kept getting worse and worse despite treatment
