I struggle a lot with being “present in the moment” because I often show up for myself and do most of the hard work I rarely get help so I just get by. For example I was just trying to “get through” my wedding I did bask in any moment - when I see other people wedding t doing that I almost feel it’s impossible and think awww good for you but somewhere you gotta put in the work -- effffftttt 🤦♀️. When Hilary says some moments are washed together I thought oh my we both gotta heal from the trauma of not taking a break I tend to “erase” a lot
