I Tried Rice Water for Four Weeks | Rice Water Challenge

This video shows my first experience using rice water on my hair. I’ll be showing you how to make rice water and how I used it.
Rice water has been used as a hair treatment by women in China, Japan, and Southeast Asia for centuries. It has so many vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin E, Amino Acids, B Vitamins, Antioxidants and the Yao women credit their length and color to it.
When it became a trend, I just watched from the sidelines but once I began experiencing postpartum shedding, I wanted to try it for myself.
I made my own version of the rice water mixture, but I think that next time I will make it as close to the way the Yao Women make it to see how different my results will be.
