Really? All my neighbours are Irish. 99% of the kids in my kid’s school are Irish. All of the business owners in my town are Irish. The pubs, restaurants and shops are full of Irish people and at this time of year tourists. What fuckin’ streets are you going down?

They are with all of us at local community events, at the circus when it came to town etc. There were teething problems with infrastructure like my GP got overwhelmed but they hired in a Russian speaking doctor. The sewage system in the town next to us is apparently going to be upgraded as is the waste water treatment plant to handle the increased population better. The main primary school is being extended (which I think is dumb because there are 3 schools within a few km, some of which have plenty of space), the local playground is being upgraded. We as a people migrating to the US, Canada, UK and Australia. The fact Ireland is a prosperous country now and people actually want to come live here is a good thing, imo.
Irish is a European ethnicity. He is near 100% genetically Irish. Doesn't matter where he is born. I'm Irish, and if i was born in Japan I wouldn't be Japanese, even though i may speak the Language and observe their customs.

Nobody is saying he’s culturally Irish or an Irish citizen. According to his DNA test, he is 100% Irish. He belongs to the Irish ethnicity and has Irish genetic heritage. All, or nearly all of his ancestors were from Ireland.
