Brothels were removed when R* removed the ability for CJ to have sex as they were going to be used for this Unused warehouse #2 was supposed to be used as an interior for one of the film studio buildings by the looks of the number one on the garage door
the two unused warehouses have the exact same perimeter and layout as the Gray imports warehouse. I heard that Rockstar probably created these as a testing purpose before making the third warehouse in the real world of LS.

It had concepts similar to 1987's Running Man - a sadistic game show where people get to watch others die in gruesome ways, as the participants thrown in there need to survive and reach the exit, while killing bosses. In Smash T.V., your only objective is to survive the hordes of enemies that come from all sides. Probably there was an intended minigame where CJ would have to kill various enemies with different weapons, as a challenge. Similar to a mission in GTA LCS, it could even have a mission-specific camera angle, situated from above.

Vadim M when i used to have a ps2 and used to binge watch your videos, i also did try to find hidden interiors, when you found the interior version of the gas station that had the interior in san fierio (cant remember the name of the city that looked like San Francisco) i found the "blue hell version" (ik it was a black interior of the heaven but it was called that) and the map was just like gta sa but without the textures showing up in the unterior world (i think i put a helicopter in my garage so i could fly around the world, but this was a long time ago) I'm a long lasting subscriber (since 2013)

I guess people mention the mod because it's another avenue to see them. There are a lot of unused interiors, some don't get seen in videos. So if people can be directed to a mod to see what is there, it gets them exposed.
I think they forgot to load in the SFPD interior, or a bug prevents it. SF is the only city without an accessible police HQ even though it has one and it's complete...
Sadly, there is nothing in the files indicating that there's any bug that makes the player unable to access it, they just didn't put it in the final release.
Vadin I need to tell you something if you go into the interior universe, (use jetpack) fly down to the boen where you can see light and go to san fierrio and go to dorhty when you get there you can find a map piece of where you see the cut scenes. When you look at the garage doors you can see through them you can actually go in it but once you go in it the camera goes above of the roof so its awkward to see the stuff inside the little room but I did to see everything is by using the free aim on your gun plus you could see the save icon. Also if you use your car to go into the transfender (challenging to find) you can fully see your car but once you leave the place your back to the regular world. Also when I roamed around the interior world I notice a strip club but this one was more different. It had less detail but you could still see peds in there but look around the simple interiors you would find its around there I used my ps2 (for proof)
It was probably cut because possibly the PS2 couldn't handle such a large interor and all the peds inside were too much for the PS2 to handle (The devs may have noticed framerate issues in that interior on PS2)
On an interesting note, the SFPD interior almost matches it's exterior perfectly. I was once an admin on a SAMP server and loved seeing how interiors fit (or didn't fit) inside their exterior counterparts by spawning the interiors into the game world and placing them inside the exterior building.. SFPD seems to be one of the few interiors that actually very accurately fits into it's exterior model, some windows even being aligned precisely along with the door fitting onto its exterior door and not extruding into the exterior world. I wonder if the Open San Andreas mod team knows about this. The sight of San Fierro from inside a fitted SFPD interior looks amazing, btw.
ThUnDeR 47 I honestly just think they forgot to make an entrance for the Sfpd that or just ran outta time lol it's completely done the only thing I found glitchy in there was a hollow ceiling you can go through but that's it
I saw the "Mullholland Safehouse" in the game informer and it really got me to love the game, showing that finally an open world game has amazing interiors like that, but when I got the game I never found that exact version and it upset me greatly. But thanks for showing it!
I truly believe that Ryders house was enterable in beta too, because Ryders interior is fully solid (it only lacks day lighting in some places) + there's a black box in the exterior in Ryders House. Same is with the Wu Zi Mu's betting shop. It also has a black box + a usable game console inside and everything's solid. Plus some textures inside interior are unique.
Unused big safe house the model is now complete but only show on GTA SA Multiplayer But The Serve name Wass Crazybob but i Don't Know The Final name But there Is 2 of crazybob like the first and second
Hm, this is really interesting. You've certainly done your research, I've never really gone through the effort of searching through the game files so it answers some of the questions I had about these interiors. I can't believe I never noticed the similarity between the Transfender and Joey's Garage either, it seems so obvious now. This is very well done though overall, excellent job. :)
I believe that the brothels are somehow related to the Hot Coffee mode that was cut from the Final Game. If the mode was cut, there was no point to keep the interiors.

I thought I knew almost everything about the franchise (even regarding cut stuffs, as I've written a lot of articles about these on the internet), but almost all of your videos learn me new stuffs ! Looking at the square shape, I think the big save house was meant to go inside a cube house that can be found in Richman, Mulholland and Temple. Verona has them too, but they're apartment buildings. Warehouses probably had a minigame where you could use the crane like the furniture warehouse in LA Noire. Makes sense since they have wrecking ball and crane magnet minigames.
the Smash TV warehouse is one of the series of interiors you need to reach first to finally reach the Liberty City interior without using any kind of external tool and only using the jetpack . as appears to be on the same heaven.
That Hidden Transfender interrior somehow reminds me of Max Payne 3, in one of it's Chapter, it has this kind of interrior. Nearly the same, but there's still a significant different. I think the chapter named "It's shoot or die, sister"
Next Year, GTA V will be on PC in January. Can't wait to see the Analysis and such, until then, perhaps find more glitches that are good enough to be uploaded or upload the removed missions of GTA SA
The first warehouse is familiar from GTA IV in a mission called If The Price is Right if you do that deal with Dimitri compare that GTA SA warehouse to/with GTA IV's
Heavens placement reminds me of the solar system in that each one has smaller objects orbiting around, lol the real new frontier here, and the long distance you have to travel to get to obscure interiors, makes you feel like you got to pluto
i remember finding bike school interior when i used to have a ps2, i found one of the brothels too (it didnt have the marker to where you can walk in but it was the same brothel but it had 1 texture missing tho

Imagine all classic GTAs fixed and improved: GTA VC, GTA III and GTA SA as a trilogy with the best stuff from both PS2 versions and PC + beta stuff and probably some other things as well. Also GTA LCS and GTA VCS. They could hire a company for VCS and LCS regarding the port.

7:05 according to beta release the jefferson is supposed to be safehouse after you finished the mission reuniting the families. the but in original the safe house is removed. but the interrior still exist.
I don't know why people keep mentioning that the interiors are set in an alternate space....this, is common to video games, most of them do it. It is not unique to this game.

and talking about transfender i was playing gta sa when i go to the transfender a glitch just happed like the camera was stopped with upgrade menu but when i pressed s the car just go reverse and i noticed that i could drive inside the transfender!
Interesting. The SF police station definitely had to have been used for a mission they cut/planned as there's no way they'd put that much detail into it normally.
I'm later but the PS2 can handle these hidden interiors without problem, I used a mod to enter to these interiors and everything is fine. So they don't remove this because of "PS2 limitations".
That's just entering them though. If for example the brothels were going to be used and they were going to have the hot coffee mod in there there's a lot of work still left to be done. The interiors themselves don't take up much space but everything else in there would.

Maybe SFPD HQ was meant to be featured in a mission, where you have to go inside. If this is truth, then the mission was cut (or changed) and interior was then cut to safe space on disc, since it's a huge interior

If all these unused interiors were completed and included in the game , then we could experience a full-fledged GTA : 5 experience back in 2004 .
Now that I think of it most of these interiors weren't really necessary. Only one I would've wanted is the SFPD HQ

Does the PS2 version even have this much "dead content"? I mean it already loads pretty slow, I thought they would have cleaned it up.

The Mulholland Safehouse is based on the Stahl House. I believe you can go inside if you buy it, but you can't see out of the windows.

7:05 according to beta release the jefferson is supposed to be safehouse after you finished the mission reuniting the families. the but in original the safe house is removed. but the interrior still exist.
I don't know why people keep mentioning that the interiors are set in an alternate space....this, is common to video games, most of them do it. It is not unique to this game.

and talking about transfender i was playing gta sa when i go to the transfender a glitch just happed like the camera was stopped with upgrade menu but when i pressed s the car just go reverse and i noticed that i could drive inside the transfender!
btw safehouse windows that you could smash were thought of (which means you didn't need a marker to get in). They cut it.

1. Brothels are meant to be used by you and your girlfriend to perform public "coffee"
2. Warehouse 2 are meant for slash tv, just like in LCS.

Interesting. The SF police station definitely had to have been used for a mission they cut/planned as there's no way they'd put that much detail into it normally.

fun fact:There is a mod that restores the Mulholland safehouse to the beta state and u can enter through the garage space.
MP multiplayer? That police station looked like a nice place to have a PvP brawl, pickups, weapons and lots of space.
I'm later but the PS2 can handle these hidden interiors without problem, I used a mod to enter to these interiors and everything is fine.
So they don't remove this because of "PS2 limitations".
That's just entering them though. If for example the brothels were going to be used and they were going to have the hot coffee mod in there there's a lot of work still left to be done. The interiors themselves don't take up much space but everything else in there would.
I remember accidentally getting into those brothels when I was in the "gym portal"
I just realize how awesome the beta is than the final version of the game, wish they keep all of this in the final version of the game!
Rusty Brown was used from a cutscene, where you will meet Tenpenny and the other polices.. Still, it is a unused interiors from GTA:San Andreas.
What is it with unused interiors giving eerie and creepy vibes? Even with the brothels playing music it still give a strange uncomfortable like vibe.

the empty warehosue was meant to be slash tv they dropped the idea until they reused it in LCs and one mission in VCS like how they dropped the Sa skateboard to bully

Maybe SFPD HQ was meant to be featured in a mission, where you have to go inside. If this is truth, then the mission was cut (or changed) and interior was then cut to safe space on disc, since it's a huge interior
Actually, I can still hear the My Lovin' track from the brothels, but slightly heard.
SFPD HQ was supposed to be most likely in a mission because it seems like cops do not (i think unless you make them) attack the player.

10:16 is it named Smash TV? Could that mean that the interior was meant for the mini game that exists in Liberty City Stories there you had to kill people that chasing you with a chainsaw in 2D? Maybe the mini game got unused and later returned to Liberty City Stories???

Smash TV is the name of a game by Midway. Maybe Warehouse 2 was gonna be a minigame parodying SmashTV or would be used for a mission that was meant to spoof Smash TV?
Highly likely given it was used in Liberty City Stories which was the next GTA to come out after San Andreas.
