“Why are cops called 12” The last age they were cool. Funniest thing I’ve ever heard on this show. Hilarious but so true.
Hopefully get better results with Travis's expertise. I tried to get out of a ticket by offering vigorous hand release to an officer as suggested by 100 Deadly Skills. Got in more trouble.

The funniest story I have is when I was 17 I was speeding in my truck and my radar detector went off so I floored it and then cut through a peach orchard got home and five minutes later my dad busted in my room pissed because he was the cop I ran from and I think he was most mad I beat him by 5 minutes

Saw that video Matt is talking about. It’s on UA-cam channel Throttle House. Presenter basically said the brakes suck on the plaid(non-track pkg). They drove it on a track previously and it did well but not great due to the shitty brakes.
Ca has a dui that does not require. O8 bac. It is driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.. If an officer feels you are to intoxicated to be driving safely they can arrest you and then it's up to the district attorney whether or not to pursue the case.
Funny story about weed I was high when I was 21 didn’t have my glasses on and thought I was getting pulled over. I pulled over put my keys on the dash rolled down my window. And the domino’s delivery driver pulled up and asked “what the fuck are you doing?” I felt like an idiot

Speaking of technology, people didn’t look at each back in the day either, everyone had a book or newspaper in hand.. They weren’t reading as they walk down the street like people do stare at their phones nowadays but, you get the point.
When he was talking about calling the cops car a pos getting the officer to haul ass reminds me of a time I was like 17 and got arrested for some shit I think juvenile alcohol related don't remember off hand and me and my buddy were ragging on the officer saying the same thing. Was like man this car sucks. better this boat can't even break rubber. Needless to say we burnouts at every stop sign on the way to the station. I miss my youth. great times

Funny Story Time..
My company did super high end low voltage job in McLean Va . It was full works of CCTV , access control , Fire System , Security, and Home automation .
When I went to do the activation I knew the dude had gun vault . I wired it up . So of course I asked him what he had . He got to talking about his guns and his Military service . He said he was Force Recon for 4 years then went over to Navy for NSW . I was like no shit man your the second customer I know of in this area that was NSW. I asked him what his BUDS Class Number was he told me it was 201 . I was like that's awesome man . Well what team were you on . This dumb fuck said SEAL TEAM 9 . I just looked at him with the dumbest look ever . I know decent amount the Military and I know there is no TEAM 9 . I also knew Even Number teams are east coast and odd nember are west coast . So me being me I asked him so you were in Little Creek me said yes i was . I called my Ops Manger who was retired USMC Force Recon and 0311 . I told him this dipshit is trying to tell me he was on SEAL Team 9 based out of Little Creek Va . My Ops manger dropped what he was doing and came over there . He at least waited until the job was completed . Then he fucking laid into him about stolen valor . Turned out dude never served 1 day in the military.
That's my phony NSW story . I didnt know it was thing to lie about being in SOCOM or JSOC until I started watching Don Shipley..
This happed almost 10 years ago. I actually went did Service Call for the same dude about 2 or 3 years ago . He gave me $50 to and told me he was sorry .

Exactly you wanna drive fast past the speed limit don’t be upset when you face the price. Demonology is a retired law enforcement officer who owns a super fast Dodge Demon but he doesn’t race or speed on the street he races every week on the track. Most people get into fatal accidents close by their home.
He races on the streets. A lot actually. Not all filmed. But some are on his channel. When you see crime high in the area they are sitting at to write tickets someone speeding isn’t as bad as breaking into cars. Or robbing a home. But 2 sides to every coin.
@@Uninfluenced a racer just got 24 years in a Florida prison because he hit a lady while racing killing her and her baby,. It’s plenty of other cases like that every day year like the football player that ran over that lady because he was driving 135 mph in a residential zone she burned alive. So yeah it’s definitely worst than someone breaking into a empty car
@@Uninfluenced Also a officer pulling a person speeding over prevents that person from crashing and killing someone family it also slows other cars around that see those blue lights. My best friend died speeding lost control I wish a officer would’ve been able to pull him over and give him what you would call “a stupid ticket” because my bestfriend would still be alive today if a cop was able to stop him. It’s things you don’t see but just because you don’t see it don’t speak from a blind prospective. I would even come on your show and share a lot of grim stuff with you. Just so you can truly understand Travis will understand once he hit that 8 year mark and get more experience

The Raider player was going 150 plus on a surface street and hit a young lady's car. Her and her dog burned to death. His lawyers are trying to seal his medical records from the DA and then fight the DUI charge saying the testing was done wrong. Least he would do is 2 years for reckless driving with someone dying to 20 plus years if found guilty on all the charges.
Travis is no longer in law enforcement FYI.

In my opinion the police definitely sometimes stick their noses in places it doesn’t belong.
Their was a huge lawsuit against the police in a small city near my hometown where the local police department gave out so many tickets for minor traffic offenses that a judge set a cap on the amount of money the police can use from traffic tickets.
It’s bs and I completely agree, if your background is clean after being pulled over for a minor traffic violation, they should have to let you go. Police should have zero authority to decide to give you a ticket or not. That doesn’t make sense.

I also got out of a ticket for passing in the on coming lane on a four lane highway and speeding but when he walked up I was farting and rocking back and forth and when he seen me and smelled the inside truck he just go go I hope u make it and not shit your self
