What's the point? These are all just comparisons between hardship and misery . You can't listen to music at a high level with such tiny things... This 3/5 concept of the BBC is ancient, and was actually only intended as a monitor for speech. However, the ATC should be superior in every respect, but the same applies here: no complete reproduction without the support of a subwoofer
This Rodgers 3/5 was intended by the BBC as a news loudspeaker in small broadcasting booths and for mobile transmissions, and that's exactly how it sounds. Good intelligibility for speech and nothing else and that's exactly how it sounds and measures up... the fact that the hi-fi world has turned it into a high-quality loudspeaker for music reproduction is total nonsense.😆😅😁
One is a 15ohm speaker (rogers) and the other a 6ohm. The amplifier has a more difficult load to deal with-with the Harbeths. It’s important to understand speaker and amp pairing which in a way makes any real comparison impossible when the speakers are of a different impedance.
Great test. Rogers sounds better. Better stereo image and soundstage, more live, more transparent, fuller and also juicier.
Harbeth imo, much wider soundstage, clearer more transparent 😂and emotional notes and voices..notes have deeper
decay too.

Thanks! Very well done! A comparison between LS3/5A vs ATC SCM11 would be nice!

LS3/5A's Vocal about two three times more emotion than P3 esr
I agree
Rogers for me
Limited dynamics on rogers. Sound seems to be straining.
Rogers for me ❤
🥳
The Harbeth have a more transparent and clean 'hi-fi' sound, but the Rogers sound more musical and enticing to me.
Rogers LS3/5A 👍👍
Sounds good
1st track = Rogers win.
2nd track = Harbeth win.
How you can distinguish sounds in these ways is a mystery !
If you listen to lots of speakers you train your ears.
Harbeth sounds incredibly musical
Harbeth is more musical...has more soul ❤
Harbeth have are more open and forward in vocals much better for me.

why not Harbeth LS3/5A
Yes l have some harbeth ml monitors slighlty larger cabinets but essentially ls3/5a sound lovely.
Harbeth bit more muffled. Rogers more exciting.
im getting tired from rogers even in through video sound uff.. Harbeth by far more musical.. rogers way too bright
Harbert
Speakers demonstrated without their specially designed grilles, why.
Because beauty should not be hidden. And marginal difference in sound.
@@cmessi Margins matter!
@@arnolfini1434 only for audiophiles.
Rogers win.
