Looks really good - and the little hand held router is a lot less "scary" than the big ones...
It is defiantly more user friendly. That was also on the high speed setting. You can turn it down a lot as well.

Hi Dean,quick tip for even better rust effect.Paint the area to be metal with red oxide,black,brown just rusty type colours.let it dry and spray or paint it with cheap hair spray a couple of good coats should be enough.Then apply your final metal colour and let that dry.Once dry get an old tooth brush and something sharp and pointed like a skewer.Dip the toothbrush in water and scrub away where you want the rust colours.gently at first until you get the hang of it.then finally make a rust coloured wash and apply.I promise the best rust effect ever.

Hi Dean! Its been awhile since I commented! As usual you knocked it outta the park! The way you explain things and your wit are what make you a great personality for furniture refinishing via a video.
The little puppy is just adorable. How someone could abandon him is mind boggling. Its the way of the world we live in where everything "inconvenient " or "unwanted" is discarded like trash.
Have you considered keeping him if he isn't able to be adopted? Seeing him with Colossus is precious!

Oh I most definitely thought about it. He was such a chill easy to care for puppy. I don’t know if you seen we rescued another 170lb brindle mastiff. It was not planned or expected but couldn’t leave him in the condition he was in. By the end of the first day here I knew he was home. He is a little odd and higher energy then the other two but so loving.
So that makes 3 mastiffs and our senior Australian shepherd. Adding another to the pack may leave me divorced 🤣🤣 BUT great news is Bishop the boxer was adopted by an amazing family that are empty nesters. He is getting more love then he knows what to do with.

Pour les projection effet rouille, vous pourriez utiliser la brosse à dent (les projection sont beaucoup moins fines qu'avec un aérographe). Technique à tester avant.
Vous pourriez vous amuser en ajoutant des étiquettes avec des noms de plantes médicinales (herboriste) pour accentuer l'effet médical.
Le meuble est très beau vous avez fait une très jolie customisation.
