I did the thing by myself through the mods folder and it worked! But I’m trying to do it in the source code instead. Can you make a tutorial on how to add voice acting in source? Basically where I need to put the .json and .lua files.

Hey, what is this sound file in which you got the game to play in the dialogue editor? Do you name the VA, numbers?
ok so, i followed everything you did here, but when i load the dialogue up, the sound doesn't start when it opens, it starts when i go into the next dialogue line.
it works but the first line of dialogue never plays, how to fix, also the first audio play at the end of the song instead of in the dialogue

i really don't understand this at all,
I got it working but I tried to make an audio file play with the dialogue but I want it to stop when I skip or go the the next dialogue and it doesn't work this is my code:
