My parents built our house and the idea of us being the only people who have lived here gives me peace
Have people ever died on the original land parcel?
My parents built our family home also, I always thought that meant spooky stuff could never happen there. NOPE! That house is the only place I’ve ever had weird experiences in. When we siblings and I were young, would see shadowy figures around the house. Just in our peripheral vision, or we’d think we saw someone quickly rounding the corner throughout the house, we’d see a figure in the window as we drove up, small things like that. We’d also see what we thought was a prowler walking around our house and specifically our pond, we’d scream for our parents, they search the entire property, never finding anything.
THEN, years later, when I was in my 20’s, I was visiting my parents house. I decided to take their dogs for a walk. When on my walk, an elderly man who loved close by, stopped me just to chat. He asked if I lived in that big house by the pond. I said yes, my parents built it a while back. He then proceeded to tell me about an incident that happened in the 1960’s...a young man had fled from the cops and while trying to evade them, accidentally drove his car into that pond and drowned. His body was discovered some days later. Maybe that was the shadow figure or “prowler” we’d always see as kids?
Even new construction can be haunted 😬😬😬😬
Doesn’t even matter tho. Paranormal can mk a home in a brand new one.
Respect to anyone in the crime scene profession! You guys do the hardest of jobs
Right!?! And to only get a starting wage of $10 is atrocious
The first home story is so sad. The old man was literally showing them from his point of view how he was trying to stop them from "destroying his home"
I have my HAZMAT certifications and have worked with hazardous waste removal. It's actually not surprising to get chills while you're in the suits, working under really hot conditions. It can actually be an indicator that you're overheating.
my team had suit limits regarding how long you were allowed to be in the suit, and we would swap team members every 20 minutes to make sure no one got heat stroke. some places have longer time limits, but i work in south texas and this was the middle of summer lol
There’s an old trap house by my friends house where 30 people have died. A real estate lady bought it for like 17,000 and flipped it, trying to sell it for over 300,00. My partner is a real estate photographer and took the photos for her, they had completely gutted and redone the beside. Couldn’t tell it was ever a trap house or anyone died in it. Gave me the creeps!
I can only imagine what they went through cleaning that place
As someone who has lived in 2 different haunted houses (not only my experiences but even people from outside).. When feeling that “sunking feeling” of a presence , it work to state out loud (like talking to someone)what you are going to do. 9 out of 10, the spirit let’s you do whatever you need. The 10th? The spirit WILL let you know you are not welcome inmediately
Never seen an apparition or anything but a few months after my aunt died of cancer I was swinging in my back yard and flew off the swing and saw her in my vision while the world spun around me she told me she loved me and I was going to be okay. I was super close to her and I think it was her goodbye to me.
Poisoning from the chemicals these guys were exposed to explains a lot of their experiences. None of them were trained in how to use chemicals like bleach, which when mixed with other chemicals can create things like mustard gas. They also were working in cramped conditions with relatively poor ventalation. It could also explain the premature deaths/ mental health issues experienced by some of them. Idk, terrible education on how to use cleaning chemicals could be a more reasonable explaination than a ghost.
Yeah, that's probably it, tbh.
They don’t use bleach or ammonia actually
The young clean up crew guys + the guy who died from helping the little girl is a heartbreaker. I was expecting spooky not sadness.
That man that got group murdered for a misunderstanding is ridiculous. How sad and scared that man must have been before his death.
And the fact that the crowd kept coming. I’m sure the cops had explained the situation, but some people are just so vitriolic that the first story they hear is the only story they want.
Yeah that story broke my heart
The story about the accused kidnapping story is some candyman type of stuff.
It reminded me of Freddy Krueger the mob going to his house and attacking him and killing him
That’s exactly what I thought of. Spot on.
My mother used to work for an extremely famous haunted historical site on the West Coast, and told me that she had felt drawn to the building her entire life.
When I entered highschool she had me volunteering most weekends as well, however, unlike my mother who loved the house, it has always made me very uneasy. So volunteering there was definitely not my favorite way to spend a weekend, plus the period clothing I needed to wear didn't help encourage me.
She had a number of different experiences while working there but since that is all a second hand account I'll spare you those.
We had to change upstairs in a closed off section of one of the bedrooms and a number of times I smelt cigar smoke or body odor and had the distinct feeling of being leered at while changing. This is an incredibly old house so it is impossible to hide upstairs without making a sound and we'd only change once the house was clear of guests.
There were alot of other things, seeing a dress whip around a corner when I was the only one upstairs, I'd followed it to make sure and there was no one there.
A dark shadow that seemed to circle the chandelier in one of the upstairs rooms. I once had to dust the homeowners desk and when I curiously went to pick up his hat I felt a rush of fear and like someone was screaming at me.
I was drawn to the upstairs bedroom where the daughter who had committed suicide, liked to stay in, and more then once I would almost get stuck in a trance while cleaning the glass that kept the guests out.
During this time my depression started spiraling and I attempted suicide as well a few times. I had a tough time of it before volunteering there but I never wanted to die until I worked there and I found myself feeling anxious if I didn't go back regularly.
Because it was a famous haunted building we had a lot of "mediums" who came through and after awhile you can tell who is full of it and who actually has a sensitivity. The charlatans make a big scene out of everything while the legit ones keep to themselves. One of the legit ones told my mom to get me out of the house and not let me come back, she said the young lady of the house was too focused on me for comfort and she was worried about why such a sad spirit would take such an interest.
Wow. Did you ever go back?
@@Vikkilatterman My mom kept working there until just a few years ago, so yes unfortunately I have been. Sometimes the house and the grounds were bright, calm and warm. But other times it had such negative energy it was almost smothering and my skin would crawl the entire time I'd be there.
5:29 I've never heard anyone pronounce vague like that, very interesting
Interesting video by the way!♡
I'm only in the beginning but did she pronounce vague and vag 😂. This must be a long juicy story
I have so many pronunciation difficulties I’m learning 😂
@@TwoHotTakes please work on “ruin”. Every time you pronounce it “roon” I’m like “It’s ROO-IN!” 😂😂
Lolol I was going to comment the same thing. I’ve heard her say vag instead of vague a couple of other times too.
The suicide man story is so scary to me. Can you imagine a black shadow coming at you in a dark room? Then turning on a flashlight and it’s this unknown man trying to attack you. THEN having to do the rest of your job alone, while seeing a man’s silhouette watching you in the corner of your eye, and having to close the doors & turn all the lights off? Wtf?!
The three guys that worked with him and then dying really spooked me. The mental toll that job must’ve took was beyond heavy. I can’t imagine how he kept going. :(
The fact that I eat my lunch while listening to this means I will be a good nurse! 😂
I have so many stories, but the newer ones are my daughter talking to someone when she was supposed to sleep, at that time we didn't had our second child yet, so I thought she was talking to herself. That was until I saw a boy around her age with black hair on the stairs, my daughter is blonde just to debunk me getting crazy. Plus I have seen too much to not know the difference. I'm known in the family to be the one with the 6 sense and often took "people" with me home. But I told this boy that he had to let my daughter sleep or she would be too tired the next day. After that all got quiet and my daughter stopped talking to "someone" at night. When my grandmother died I saw her days after in my sisters dog grooming salon where I worked, and she was smiling. Every year around her death date she comes visiting. And not long ago I saw a child with clothes in multiple colours standing in a stream of light (it was evening and dark) I later found out it was a pleiadean coming with a message for me and I was very moved and grateful.
So sad! 😭💔 all these lost souls! When people die unexpectedly their soul will stay where they have passed until they realize that they are gone from this earth physically. Light your candles and help them find their way home to the heavens.
I truly cannot believe I’m this early for an upload. It warms my heart on many levels.
What an interesting episode to comment ‘heartwarming’ on lol
My roommate has told stories on how she’s seen entities for years and was either able to see the person or described it as a dark smoke like figure looming about
Last year I was considering working as a crime scene cleaner. Thank God I didn't go through with it
When I was little my uncle got brutally murdered by a guy because he defended this girl that was being harassed by the guy… anyways when I was like 8 in Dec (my uncle was born Dec 24) I was just chilling in my house and to go upstairs you had to go through the garage which had doors with windows to see the outside anyways I was trying to go upstairs because I was alone in the downstairs so when I opened the door to go to the garage I saw my uncle in the street riding a bike and when he got to the door he disappeared and I was like wtf? And then from a corner of my eyes I saw my uncle again standing and I looked he was on the right side of the garage and he started walking across from right to left (the stairs where int he left) and he was looking to the ground the entire time and when he got to the stairs he looked up at me and disappeared
Justin is wearing an NF real music hoodie, that makes me happy! 😁
Thankfully in the UK we have laws that mean you have to tell tenants and buyers if there was a murder or suicide. Glad I live here 😳
My damn cat somehow opened my room door and I’m home alone with my kids while I was watching this and I got scared af
Wait where’s the link for Justin’s old crime scene house??
Maybe it’s linked on the main episode?
Honestly, if you're a cleaner just tell those ghosts what's up
I believe they had trauma from the job but i dont believe EVERY paranormal experience they had. It sounds made up, and like a horror movie, like you said. Also, I am pretty sure you need special training to clean bodies and wouldn't just be thrown into the job. If that was true, they need to be taken to court for the improper preparation of their employees and emotional trauma.
You’re probably correct with a lot of it not being true, but surprisingly there is no experience or training required to become a crime scene cleaner which seems so wrong! Also when looking into it I found out that there are lots of states where you don’t need to have any medical training whatsoever to become a Corner of all things! (Alabama for example) Surprising the amount of death related jobs that have no requirements whatsoever.
My parents have a cleaning company and considered doing crime scene cleanup. There is no requirements for training employees, just regulations that must be follow regarding biological waste disposal...if you don’t want to be fined.
These crime cleaner stories are soooo interesting. You guys should do a part 2!
Yeah a warning that this was paranormal would of been great, settled in thinking it was going to be an interesting listen about crime scene cleaning but now I have to sleep with the lights on 😭😭
I was gonna watch this video anyway but if I didn't for any other reason I get excited when I see another NF fan lmao
Man this reminds me of when I worked at the funeral home as a transport. Ive seen some stuff makes for great stories
The story about the guy cleaning up after people died is extremely well written - "That is a horse of a different colour". Who speaks in such lyrical prose?? Makes me suspect this is someone telling a scary story, rather than relating actual lived experiences.
I do agree that he absolutely has an exceptional talent at writing, but (to my understanding) he did mention he'd kept an extensive log of his experiences for over 2 yrs, and has had quite a bit of time to revise his initial entry. While I'd personally be adverse to the idea of embellishing emotionally painful personal experiences with flowery/poetic descriptions, I think it's possible for others to process trauma differently overtime! Not to say you should give him 100% of the doubt, rather that there's some potential evidence to suggest there might be an explanation to his descriptive talents - hope this makes sense! :)
For the record at least in NC they absolutely do not have to tell you there was a murder in the house they just can’t lie to you if you ask
This could be a whole ass movie
nobody said anything ab her pronouncing “vague” like “vag”
Lol that’s the first thing that distracted me haha
Please do a scary story warning.
I think it’s kinda obvious not trying to be rude
@@firetigeryt7452 Uh, no. The title is “My Time as a Crime Scene Cleaner”. There’s no indication of anything paranormal/scary in that regard; the ghost stuff was kind of just thrown in all the sudden.
@@sophiah.9119 Before she started reading the first story she stated it was from a paranormal subreddit so you all were just not apaying attention.
17:05 Justin's hum almost made me poop bricks
In Massachusetts we don’t have any laws that enforces the owners to disclose a death in the home when selling. Some states have laws that sellers and real estate don’t have to disclose unless they are straight out asked
You guys need to link the Reddit stories
All this bs for $10 an hour. Eff that!
That’s what I’m saying! Where I live you get paid 20-25 dollars an hour!
@@morgandrake282 lets not forget this was in 2003
I never heard Stephen Hawking interview about death and what's beyond. But I experienced that. Almost a year ago I killed myself. I'm pretty sure that with everything I took and with the physical damage and still have the scars to prove it. I died. I went to somewhere empty. You know in stranger things when 11 tries to find people that black room with water and empty. That's what I experienced. It's cold. There's nothing. I "woke up" 3 days later with my wounds closed in a pool of blood and other fluids and thousands of missed calls and texts from my one friend. He said he didn't wanted to come over bc he knew what he was going to find. So I just tossed everything sheets, towels mattress because it sipped through. I still tried to do it again and the blades will brake on me every time so I gave up and let my friend to bring me back to normal. I still struggle. But so far I'm just existing. But I will never forget the nothingness
i’m a year late but in case anyone still here, my grandpa i was very close with passed away when i was 9. years ago i went to visit my great aunt (his sister) on her death bed. she asked for me specifically (i never was close with her) she communicated to me things my grandpa was telling her, some things only me and him would understand. she died days later. she also asked to see my grandma (grandpas wife) and barely could speak but managed to say something like “bladder”. my grandma went to doctor and had bladder cancer which she was able to get rid of. ever since this day i never ever question there’s something after this life. he told me i was still his special one ❤
A neighbor recently died or killed themself at home, so I checked state laws. My state (I think most states!) requires realtors tell the truth if asked but they don't have to volunteer the info.
My mums house is super haunted and 5 out of her 6 children have seen spirits at some point of their childhood. It’s build on land that a ww1 airforce base was.
I froze when she said burnt hair because right now I’m doing my hair.
See renting in Kentucky you have to tell them if anyones died or been killed in the house … my landlord said on the other side of our duplex a lady died of like normal stuff heart attack I think. So Kentucky you legally have to tell them
I‘m sorry but there‘s no way this is real lol
I mean with the flannel guy just tell him what's up
It’s the holiday season, give me all the crime stories! 😂
As someone with a fainting condition, the "I had a chill but it was the middle of June" thing is totally explainable. Shock or feeling faint will cause that. I watch tons of crime scene clean up stuff especially on UA-cam. There are a TON of state laws you have to follow when it comes to that stuff.
I'm thinking the story isn't real about the haunted house with the deceased old man in it. I believe some ghost stories but people love to make up stories on reddit for clout. Especially ghost stories.
I thought this video was going to be real crime scene clean up stories and how it had affected the author's life...
This is probably nothing, but I house sit a lot with dogs. There was this one house I was at and the living room and kitchen were connected and the bedroom right next to it so I never really left that 30 radius, as I had no need to go into the other rooms downstairs or upstairs. I was too scared to go into those rooms anyways bc new houses just creep me out. But one day I was watching tv and the dogs looked towards the door/the steps next to the door, which were behind me. There were shuffling noises upstairs and i swear I heard someone walking. Both dogs were locked on the stairs. The noises were very loud too. Not like banging but it was something anyone could very clearly hear. That’s probably the most terrified I’ve ever been because that could have been some random person in the house, and the dogs did not help me feel any better about that situation. There was also another time that happened in another house where I heard movement upstairs but I’m pretty sure it was an old house so I didn’t think much of it.
The 4 th dimension is everywhere .

This sounds like a The Magnus Archives ep lol
There has been a lot of research to test what consciousness is and I think a theory that has great merit is called ITT, this video is also helpful in explaining consciousness too! As our body receives energy we use most of it in our brain, when we die we stop having an input of energy and so the energy stores we have are depleted. So we slowly lose our bodily functions and our neurons stop firing and we have no more consciousness. That is my theory but having a loved one look over you after they pass is a much better theory. I would do anything to feel connected with the lost souls I’ve been missing
In NH they don’t need to disclose if someone died unless you specifically ask
i wanna point out how awesome justin’s NF hoodie is
It's crazy how young they all were
ONLY 10 dollar at hour, that's a huge amount
